GoogleI have been very impressed with the service that I received from Salvatore and Claudio at KFH Holland Park. My property was not easy to sell but they were very positive and enthusiastic. Always a quick reply to my (many) questions and a high level of expertise and experience. I felt we were on the same team with only one goal which was selling my property and we succeeded!

Google5 Stars all the way for the Lettings Team. As a first-time landlord I could have gone with any number of agencies, but selected KFH - and am delighted with their service. They found great tenants and, when my tenant had to unexpectedly return to the US and break the tenancy, were quick to find another. All a great team, but Will Storey in particular couldn't be easier to deal with or more helpful in explaining how things work and what I needed to have done, and Laura C was super efficient with contracts, certificates, etc. A great, local agent, with their feet firmly on the ground.

GoogleWill and Charlotte have been exceptional in supporting us with the rental of our home. As we are not near the property they have taken every step necessary to ensure the property has everything it needs, both to be it's best for viewings but also in readiness for our new tenants. I really recommend KFH, who I've dealt with in Sales also, they have really got a personal and authentic approach to communication.

GoogleI contacted many agents across Holland Park, Notting Hill and West Kensington and KFH in Holland Park exceeded expectations from the moment I popped into the branch months before looking, until the moment i picked up my keys. The most noticeable difference was that unlike some other agents they didn't push or put any pressure on a deal and only showed me properties that would actually be suitable. All of the staff notably Maya and Michael provided responses almost instantly, excellent customer service and were very friendly and warm. Highly recommend.

GoogleIt was lovely to be helped by Michael who was so thorough and enthusiastic whilst doing so. Our experience with KFH was easy and seamless thanks to him - 5/5 would recommend!

GoogleLiving overseas, it has been complicated to treat with agencies. I came one day in London to find the perfect home and this agency answered to my viewing request in a record time ! The agent was perfectly on time the day of the visit which can be rare. After the visit, they came back quickly to me to know my thoughts. If you are looking for a good contact with your agent and feel like we are really taking care of you, I would highly recommend this agency.

GoogleI spoke with Adel Duplouy and he was very friendly and responsive. He asked about all factors which are of interest to me to find a studio and he also followed up when I cancelled a viewing we had arranged, suggesting to make an online viewing since I did not have time to do an in person one. Very good service and the studios he suggested were of very good quality.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleMy wife and I couldn't be more pleased with how much Anya helped us find a pet friendly property. We moved from the states with three huskies and although it is a difficult task finding us a property, she pulled it off. Anya and KFH were very helpful in guiding us through the rental process as first time UK renters. Thanks!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
