GoogleAbdi was brilliant at every stage of our search. He listened carefully to our specific needs, was helpful and flexible and kept us up to date throughout the process. He was honest and not at all pushy - no artistic licence was employed re flat descriptions / timeframes etc! Really great.

GoogleOur experience with KFH and specifically Fatma was first class. She was personable and knowledgeable in a manner not always encountered. Above and beyond in just the right amount. Thank you, Fatma. Very grateful. Hope we get to find our new home through you.

GoogleAndrea was amazing throughout our search for a first home and eventual purchase, great communication and accommodating for viewings - highly recommend KFH Crouch End Sales. KFH Lettings are also highly rated in our book as we had been renting through them previously too.

GoogleHaving recently sold my flat, I can't recommend KFH Crouch End enough. The whole team are professional & supportive & offer great customer service & support. Kerry Golding is great & helped me get the best mortgage to suit my needs & Robert Hamlyn is amazing... I simply wouldn't be in my new home if it wasn't for him!

GoogleDavid and Robert were fantastic at sorting out our purchase and sale respectively. They were friendly, easy to work with, and extremely professional, all while managing a chain during lockdowns and in before the end of the stamp duty holiday! I would 100% recommend KFH for all your property needs.

GoogleHuge thank you to Fatma for going above and beyond, she shown us multiple places that sparked our interest and took the time to send us many options. She’s been incredible with helping us understand the current market and we are truly grateful.

GoogleThank you Robert and David at KFH Crouch End for your patience and professionalism. Moving house with children, cats, lots of personalities, legal hiccups and a pandemic, is never going to be straightforward, but you helped ease a four-part chain through the process and kept cool heads throughout. Many thanks.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleKFH were very impressive, in particular Jack Terzoli. He didn’t manage to find us a property but I highly recommend him to anyone looking to rent a property.

GoogleAbdi was great from the moment we first spoke on the phone. Really attentive, and a good, honest person to have as your letting agent. KFH Crouch End have been pretty good to deal with in general, and Abdi stands out particularly.

GoogleFrancesca found me a beautiful property, and did so with such care, patience and friendliness. While looking for a new flat to rent I went on viewings with dozens of agencies but none of them seemed to tailor the viewings to what I was looking for. Francesca truly listened to my requirements and managed to find an awesome property and make the process smooth from the get go and ensure an easy check in for me when I moved in. Thank you!

GoogleFrom start to finish, David went above and beyond to help us find the right home. He was always available, responsive and communicative. Ultimately he helped negotiate a deal that worked for ourselves as well as the vendor. If you are looking to buy, or need to sell, David is your man.

GoogleFrom the first viewing to completion David was absolutely brilliant, he made what can be a very stressful experience feel really easy. He took our brief, found us the perfect property then drove along the process so that we exchanged contracts within a month! I can't recommend KFH enough, thanks for everything.

GoogleRobert and team were very easy to deal with. They were professional and straightforward throughout. And they managed to get a great price for our property. We left Greene & Co after a month given the poor service and lack of viewings, and were very happy with KFH throughout. Would highly recommend.

Thank you Abdi for making our experience with KFH very pleasant....

GoogleGreat experience looking for a new home with KFH. Fatma was wonderful, she knew what type of property we were looking for and stayed in contact until we found one. We would absolutely reach out to her in the future.

GoogleI received excellent service from Finan when I bought a property marketed by KFH this year. He actually listened to my requirements and found exactly the right place for me. He communicated effectively and was a helpful conduit between myself and the vendor when the buying process got a little sticky. He kept his cool and his humour when I was close to losing mine and I have no hesitation in recommending him and KFH.
