GoogleFin and the team at KFH worked very hard over a long period of time to get my property sale over the line, and were undeterred by multiple challenges of various kinds. Always very professional and responsive. Would highly recommend.

GoogleHighly recommend Fatma Kemal at KFH Crouch End. She showed us one property which wasn't suitable, but that experience enabled Fatma to better understand our brief and requirements. Friendly, warm, and professional, Fatma exceeded expectations by coming up with the perfect property the very next day. Working with Fatma made the whole process a pleasure.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleFrancesca was the key to finding a dream flat in London (and in record time). Exceptionally friendly, helpful, and effective. One day in the flat and already been recommending her and KFH Crouch End to others.

GoogleWe were very pleased to have chosen KFH to help sell our house. Everything was very professionally managed. Once we had found a buyer Robert did an excellent job of keeping things moving on to a successful conclusion and following up on our questions. Thanks to the whole team.

GoogleJack and Khadijah were great - knew I had been looking for a while and called as soon as our amazing new home in Crouch End came up on the market. Super smooth and totally efficient, we were moved in without a hitch - couldn't recommend more highly!

GoogleVery professional service and Harry Smith in particular was brilliant on the sales side. I also dealt with Nicole Furrer Marla on the Lettings side of KFH. She is the best in the business! Would highly recommend KFH whether you are looking to let or sell your property.

GoogleFrancesca Ottley has been a joy to deal with from start to finish. Real estate agents have a pretty bad reputation but Francesca has proved every single one of those to be wrong. A superstar

GoogleSienna was brilliantly helpful. Really polite, knowledgeable about the property, and gave me the time I needed to look round. Also very attentive on e-mail. Many thanks.

GoogleJames Hillier was incredibly helpful taking his entire afternoon to show me six different properties. He was very patient and made sure I knew exactly what was happening at each stage. He made himself available at all times and I wasn't made to feel pressured throughout the entire process. I highly recommend KFH Crouch End, (especially James) for all your housing needs.

GoogleJayden at KFH Crouch End was a pleasure to work with, showing us countless houses with a smile on his face before we eventually found just what we wanted, and then did a great job of working with our agents David & Sebastian at KFH Southgate to keep a tricky 5 home chain together despite many obstacles. I owe that man a beer.

GoogleWe recently sold our flat with KFH, Harry Smith being our main point of contact. Harry is professional and knowledgable. Always consistent with communication. We are so grateful for Harry and the team for everything they have done and highly recommend! Thank you!

GoogleWe recently purchased a property through KFH, and our estate agent Jayden was fantastic. We've experienced pushy and rude agents in the past, but Jayden was professional, understanding and extremely helpful throughout the buying process. His colleagues were also courteous and friendly. In all, I'd highly recommend this estate agency if you are looking to buy in the area.

GoogleA thoroughly excellent service from Barrington and his team; David, Harry and Finn. A probate sale handled sensitively with experience and efficiency. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleAbdi Ibrahim was easily the most helpful and proactive agent (of the many) I had spoken with during the process of finding a new home. He paid attention to the details of what I was looking for, which was reflected in the quality of the recommendations he shared, and was friendly and patient along the way.

GoogleFIN and David were good at keeping the ball rolling at difficult points during the sale. Fin was good at being the go between and keeping everyone informed . Would recommend this Estate agent.
