GoogleKFH are the best Estate Agents in N8 area. No doubt about it. We have actually rented, bought & sold through them over the last 6 years. They're proactive & efficient - and are always professional. Most importantly for me - they're honest & trustworthy. Don't be fooled by Purple Bricks & all them online sites... A good estate agent is worth every penny if you pick the right one. KFH fees are fair & competitive too. Have worked with David & Andy - but actually met a few of the others & all seem top lads. Would 100% recommend to any buyers/sellers.

GoogleFinan and KFH worked so long and hard to get our very complicated sale over the line. Finan was always friendly and gracious and truly went above and beyond. We are extremely grateful and would recommend their services and use them again.

GoogleThe team at the Crouch End lettings branch have been excellent. Lead by Hollie Duffy, and her colleagues Francesca and Jack were on top of things at every stage and as a first time landlord, made things really easy.
The whole process was done and dusted in two weeks.
Highly recommended.

GoogleHaving had many bad experiences of Estate Agents it was a joy to work with Robert Hamlyn, when selling my Flat in Crouch End and whilst achieving more than the asking price was pleasing more importantly for me was the pain free management and no nonsense approach to whole engagement. I would highly recommend Robert and the team to those looking to sell or buy and will use again when i sell my house - Robert has also been happy to help advise on some work being done, without any expectations.

GoogleJust a quick review to say how happy i am with the service i received from James Hillier at KFH Crouch End.....If i could give another star i would. He has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. He is extremely professional and great at what he does…a true Gentleman of the Estate Agency industry! I would highly recommend anyone looking to rent a property in or around the North London area to make sure they call James first. His attention to detail and customer service is second to none. Thank you James.

GoogleJack Terzoli and the team at KFH were brilliant. I couldn’t fault any of the professionalism or efficiency I experienced with Jack; he and the team were very accommodating to some more tricky specifics I had with my move and have been more than helpful throughout. Highly recommend!

GoogleMyself and my flatmate secured a great flat and had a very smooth transition to moving in. We found Abdi, who was our agent, to be a very attentive and responsive professional. He ensured we were always kept up to date with progress on the steps in the process from initial viewing to day of move, with a helpful handover to our property management agent. Thank you Abdi!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWe had a great experience finding our new flat, mostly thanks to Jack & Khadijah. The same day we contacted the KFH Jack was able to schedule a viewing and by the end of the day we had already negotiated the terms of the tenancy. Probably our best experience with an agent and an agency since living in London.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleDavid and his team have been amazing. After a year of briefly marketing our flat, taking it off due to the pandemic and launching it again with us both working from home he worked so hard to secure our sale. Viewings were always conducted safely and focused on the details that matter. He worked tirelessly to keep us updated and keep everything on track.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleKFH has ruthless efficiency in placing tenants into homes. I had a personal agent I've been working on getting a new long-term lease with, but I booked the viewing with KFH and negotiator Jack Terzoli has beaten them to the punch so to speak! He and his colleagues also ensured that all the quirks that came up before signing the contract were ironed out. I'm not the easiest person to deal with when it comes to contracts and Jack's team has demonstrated tremendous patience and appreciation for the fact that I want to protect my interests. I can't recommend KFH highly enough!

GoogleWe’ve worked with Fatma at KFH Crouch End more than we expected this year, due to changing circumstances with Covid. She’s been super hard-working, positive, engaged and a pleasure to liaise with. On many occasions she’s gone above and beyond and delivered by far the best service of anyone we’ve worked with in the KFH lettings team over the last 5 years. Recommended.

GoogleWe had a great experience with KFH, particularly Abdi and Khadijah who were both amazing and knew exactly what we were looking for. Even when we lost our property last minute Abdi was so great and helped us find the perfect place so quickly. Very professional, communicated with us the whole way through, would really recommend.
