GoogleOur experience of working with KFH in Crouch End has been fantastic. They surpassed all our expectations. Having bought and sold through other estate agents in London, KFH are by far the best in our experience. Robert Hamlyn, who dealt with our sale, was outstanding. Supportive, proactive and always very quick to answer our queries and concerns. I cannot recommend Robert and the team at KFH highly enough.

GoogleWe had a great experience working with Finan from KFH Crouch End. He helped us find the flat we ultimately bought and went above and beyond to really push things along and make sure the process kept moving. We liked the properties we saw with KFH and appreciated how much Finan listened to our preferences and proactively found places that would be a good fit for them. He was then very responsive and on it through the rest of the process of buying. If we ever wanted to sell, we would go through KFH.

GoogleWe had a great experience in renting a property with Abdi and KFH Crouch End. Abdi was always very prompt with calls and emails. We visited many properties in the area with him and then he found us our current flat which we love. The process was stress free unlike other agents. I would definitely recommend him and his colleagues.

Once I’d seen the property and my offer was accepted, Jack ensured the process was as smooth as possible going above and beyond helping me negotiate some items of furniture with the previous tenants. Jack is an asset to KFH.

GoogleWhilst KFH at first were as good as anyother agency. We have changed a tenant so needed the lease changed with a name on the lease. This process was started in september 2019, the first person that wanted to move in actually told us they didn't want to as it took so long to sort lease they weren't confident in KFH delivering the lease. The second one has moved in and today in January 4 months later we still haven't got to a point where we are all happy with the lease/ it is correct. Would not rent with them again

GoogleIncredibly disappointing service from beginning to end... Whether it be misrepresenting the property/information about the property on the flyer (i.e. lying unashamedly), to the abhorrent standard of cleanliness once inside (e.g. open food still in the "off" fridge/freezer), the distinct lack of professionalism was shocking. Ultimately, the most appalling part of the service was the period of time it took to return the deposit, which was due IN FULL. It took just shy of two months of chasing post move out before anyone would reply to requests around deposit. Furthermore, once the return had been agreed it took more chasing emails and the threat of legal action to have the deposit released as the obligatory 10 day window had passed. For all of those considering renting a property through KFH, be warned. These charlatans epitomise the stereotype for bad estate agents and I will be sure never to use them again.

GoogleKFH come highly recommended! We bought our flat through them 12 years ago and had such a good experience that they were our ‘go to’ when it came to selling. We had an asking price offer within 48 hours and true to his word, Barrington found us the ideal house, off-market. Finan navigated us smoothly through the process of moving and the flow of communication meant there were no glitches or surprises. A great team effort from KFH!

GoogleOther than setting up camp in KFH offices, I’m unsure what more we can do to cajole the agents into solving the numerous problems they have created for us with regards to our rental. Our constant calls and emails have been met with various non-answers which has left us in an unclean property, filled with litter with plaster falling from the walls and no keys. What a disaster - avoid letting from KFH at all costs! UPDATE: 1 week later, the issues are still not resolved UPDATE: 2 weeks later, the issues are STILL NOT RESOLVED! UPDATE: 1 month later, still no resolution

GoogleMoved into a property yesterday and completely aghast at both the level of after care and the communication displayed. Three people on the tenancy yet we still don’t have three sets of keys. Shelves are hanging off the walls and all works “promised” before moving in have not been carried out. We currently have works “promised” 15 days after our move in date and we have parts of the property unmaintained and filled with far too much detritus for an unfurnished property. The worst part is that KFH are too busy trying to ascertain blame between James (Lettings), Natasha (management), the landlord, and the previous tenants that they are forgetting that three people are currently trying to live in the property. All calls to our assigned lettings and management agents have not been returned, any calls we have made have been met with apologies that they are currently away or on viewings to try and attain more clients they are clearly unable to accommodate. Either we’ve been assigned the most ineffective pair of agents or KFH are unaware that, although they are selling and letting houses, they are also selling and letting homes for people to live in. Pictures attached for reference of shelving, mould and an “unfurnished” flat.
