GoogleWe recently sold our flat through KFH - Everyone in the office was friendly, helpful and enthusiastic, but David went above and beyond. He chased things through so we didn’t have to, was great at communication and really went the extra mile to push through the sale. Highly recommend.

GoogleGreat experience with Robert, Jayden and the team. Unlike other agents, they help us set a realistic price for the property and navigate the process flawlessly. If you're selling/buying in Crouch End, the good folks at KFH will help you out! We'll certainly be calling them when moving on from our next property.

GoogleDon’t do it! Very disappointing and unprofessional. Impossible to make contact and communication was sorely lacking. Quick to issue the invoice but never to respond to other emails. Failed to follow up to ensure maintenance issues were addressed despite my repeated asking for photos to demonstrate the works had been done! Constant turnover of staff - seemed every month was a new agent just as unable to provide the most basic of services as the last.

GoogleWe were very pleased with Robert; he provided us with a first class service. His hard grind of communication and negotiations throughout the chain really seemed to keep it together and make it all happen. He gives traditional estate agents a good name. Many thanks Robert.

He was unfailingly polite, punctual and informative and always followed up our inquiries about particular properties. He was personable and appropriately friendly and a real pleasure to deal with.

GoogleThe Crouch End office was very effective and efficient. We were able to secure a let from the first viewer which showed it had been priced right. Abdi and Penny were both attentive and friendly and I was more than satisfied with their input. I would recommend KFH to anyone.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
