GoogleFatma was a great help in our lettings search. She took the time to understand what we were looking for as tenants, and went out of her way to find it for us (rather than simply being reactive). She was very easy to communicate with and very professional.

GoogleRob Hamlyn was able to move our transaction along despite the nationwide lockdown and difficulties with engaging lawyers and related parties. Very pleased with level of service and of those we interacted with in KFH sales throughout the process. Would recommend.

GoogleWe had a great experience with KFH. We were first time buyers and David really helped us throughout the whole process. He was very quick to respond, helped us find properties we would like and always went above and beyond. We would recommend David highly.

GoogleSo pleased we decided to go with KFH when it came to selling our home! David (Davoli) was fantastic from the outset, and showed more enthusiasm than all of the competitor agents we considered. Following a very quick sale (it sold 'off-market' in about 10 days!), he was on hand throughout the process and helped ensure things moved in the right direction both quickly and smoothly. Professional, knowledgable and friendly. We had no issues whatsover through to completion, and were pleasantly surprised with just how easy everything was. Already recommended him and KFH to our neighbours :)

GoogleWe are extremely happy with the service for our house 200 Stapleton Hall Road sale. Now at the exchanged contract stage lined up with our purchase for completion 1 July 2022.The prime driver of activity is Robert Hamlyn. Well done. Barrington I think through Robert’s urgency reset the sale when a buyer dropped out, and Robert quickly set viewings in motion aided by others. Andrea Stephanou I remember. Good team communication to make things happen which I feel Robert enabled continuously. Thank you.

GoogleI had a very positive experience with KFH, and would certainly recommend them. Robert and the team were very professional and easy to deal with, and despite a difficult economic/ political backdrop, I was happy with the sale price they secured for me.

GoogleLizzie Cox was very professional and arrived to viewings with printed details for the flats that she was showing us - both of which were lovely. Signing process was straightforward, all on the internet and we have now moved in to our wonderful flat! Thank you, Lizzie.

GoogleMe and my partner were almost losing hope in finding a nice place, until one day, while walking in Crouch End Broadway we decided to give a shot to KFH. Best decision ever, we’ve been welcomed by Abdi who listened to our needs and followed the whole process and we found the right house after some viewings. Even though we encountered some obstacles, in the end everything went well. Don’t hesitate to rely on Abdi, he’ll find the right place for you and make you feel comfortable in every step, from beginning to end! Thanks again Abdi!PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleThe KFH estate agents are kind, helpful, and professional -- absolutely recommend reaching out to their Crouch End office if you're interested in moving to the area. My partner and I spent months unsuccessfully searching for a place to live and our agent, Fatma Kemal, is absolutely to thank for us finally being settled in our new home. Not only did she support us through the application and bidding process, but she also walked us through finalizing the lease agreement. If you're in the middle of your search and losing hope, call KFH (they answer their phone!) Even if they don't have a well-matched listing currently available, they're great about ringing you with any new postings.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
