GoogleOne of the best experiences I have had with a letting agent. Lizzie was our point of contact. She was charming and professional from start to finish making the whole letting process unusually smooth and trouble free. Would highly recommend KFH Crouch End especially Lizzie.

GoogleI've been impressed with the quality of service at the Lettings department of KFH in Crouch End. The standard of their available rentals has been above average and they have been responsive and courteous in the process of making appointments and answering any questions I might have. They always get back to me when they say they will. My main point of contact has been Francesca.

GoogleWe count ourselves very fortunate to have had KFH as our estate agents, both for the sale of our old home and for the purchase of a new home. We benefitted especially from the advice and help we received from Robert Hamlyn, James Ripp and Crea Hicks. The level of support and expertise they gave us at every step of a lengthy process was invaluable. We cannot recommend KFH too highly. Reva K and Brian K

GoogleI've been very impressed with KFH . They were recommended to me by a pal when I was looking for an honest, reliable letting agents to find tenants and manage my property. The team are professional and have plenty of knowledge in the market. I felt very assured after speaking with Nicole. My property was advertised the same day the pictures had been taken. Within three days Jack had found me a tenant. The vetting and checks they carried out appear thorough and all paperwork and contracts are clear and arrive promptly arranged by Khadijah. GoogleBrilliant, efficient and friendly service. We had spent some time looking for somewhere to rent in the area and were getting a bit jaded. However we were immediately impressed by the pleasant, straightforward attitude of the young gent who showed us around. He was courteous and answered our questions plainly and we appreciated it. Fatma Kemal oversaw our tenancy agreement and was very friendly and efficient, chasing up any missing documentation without delay so that we were able to move in without delay. Brilliant service, would gladly use again.
