GoogleI was working with Abdi Ibrahim, who is an incredibly professional, friendly, knowledgable and caring person - I.e. he really does want you to end up with a good property and goes above and beyond to make sure you meet your set goals. He helped me to get my property despite of a high interest in it, ensured a quick turnaround of documentation processing, and relayed all of my requests to the landlord very efficiently. He followed up regularly and answered all my questions very quickly. I highly recommend working with Abdi and the agency in general. Thank you!!

GoogleFatma Kemal did a great job in helping us find our new flat. She took time for us (e.g., showing us the flat twice), what made us feel that she really cares. We highly appreciated that she was never pushy (what we've experienced with many other agents before we started looking for flats with KFH). She was very friendly, utmost supportive, fast in responding and it was always a pleasure to see and talk to her. Thus, we are happy to give her this 5 star review.

GoogleI had a very positive experience with KFH as a first time buyer. My agent Tony M. was very responsive and understood very quickly what I was looking for. He presented me options I wasn't even considering at first and he was really spot on! Once my offer was accepted the process was very smooth. Tony let me access the house and helped me take some measurement for my future decoration! Very human contact and I wish every first time buyer would share the same experience!

I chose them from a group of four or five prospective estate agents and didn't regret it - they gave me a personal service and the most competitive rates. My agent, David, was extremely quick to respond to emails and proactive when it came to giving me information, which helped to make a stressful process a lot more bearable. GoogleI have had awful experiences with estate agents in London as a tenant but I was genuinely impressed with KFH. The level of service was exceptionally high with prompt turn around times on all documents and any issues resolved very quickly. Fatma, who handled our agreement, was excellent. She genuinely cared, wanted to get things sorted and was always highly professional in her work. I can honestly say this is the first truly positive experience I’ve had with an estate agent. Thank you for all your hard work in helping us secure such a fantastic home!

GoogleRenting a home these days seems quite a complex process with lots of admin, and moving a family can come with its own stresses on top of that! However James Hillier at KFH in Crouch End helped our process go smoothly from start to finish. From our first contact, to viewing, signing and everything in between, he was very personable and knowledgeable, and a steady yet unobtrusive presence, which made all the difference, and we would definitely recommend. During the search for a property I had dealt with several estate agents in the area and had been impressed with KFH, finding them more professional than most. After appointing them to sell my flat they did not disappoint, being honest, trustworthy and pleasant to deal with, and staying in touch throughout. Thanks to all the team there but especially to Andy and Jayden for their attention and help throughout the process.

GoogleKFH, and David in particular, have been great throughout our house purchasing process. We were very specific in our requirements and David took the time to make sure he understood them and didn't suggest properties that were not suitable. We saw a few different properties and in the end David showed us a property that was yet to hit the market. Since making an offer he has stayed in touch throughout, making sure things were moving forward, and we get the keys tomorrow!
