GoogleThe team at Hammersmith KFH really were outstanding in helping me both sell my flat and, in conjunction with Chiswick KFH, buy a new one. I was given a dedicated contact in each case, but remarkably even when on the rare occasion they weren’t available, other members of the team were always there to help and seemed fully up to date with my situation. The team were friendly, professional, cheerful and knowledgeable - and particularly patient with my regular requests and questions and general fussy-ness! Overall they achieved a great blend of service which I was really impressed with - and I’d recommend them to anyone looking to move in the area.

GoogleHaving had a sale fall through with another agent, KFH in Hammersmith took it on and were fantastic. I was really impressed by the level and regularity of feedback that we got from them on the viewings they were doing which was really detailed and they gave us the bad feedback as well as the good. Then they actually sold our flat for the same price within 3 weeks of the original sale falling through which meant that we could proceed with the purchase of our dream property in France. Highly recommended :)

GoogleAlthough we never ended up renting a property with them, the process of looking was made so much easier by the help of their team and even after we found somewhere else they were so lovely about it! Krystal in particular spent a lot of time with us helping us decide on properties and kept in touch with us and followed up so that it really felt like a personal experience! She was also very honest and transparent about everything which made us feel as if we could trust them. When we are looking again we will definitely use KFH first.

GoogleThe worst and total useless agency I Have even dealt with. The best task they are able to do is to rip you off! For all the other services they continuously make mistakes and you have to follow everything like you were doing the work yourself, so why paying them? When you leave the flat there is the “strawberry on the cake” with 76£ fee if you want them to reference you for the new flat! Please be aware I warned you... if then you are recidive... up to you!

GoogleKFH helped us a lot when looking for a new place to rent in the Hammersmith area. Safia (the agent I was in contact with) did great efforts to understand our requirements and showed us very relevant properties. She was also very flexible in the times to arrange visits and kept us updated with all new properties in the area that matched our requirements. I would recommend KFH in general and Safia in particular when looking for properties to rent in Hammersmith. I will definitely contact them next time! :)
