GoogleNow I will start this review with the comment that I generally detest estate agents! (Sorry all decent ones out there) I have recently sold my flat through KFH and found everyone I have dealt with from the outset to be honest, straight talking and enthusiastic and they really worked hard to sell my flat. Ali in particular was an absolute pleasure to deal with. A super calm and measured personality who provided reassurance and guidance throughout (and no doubt to the buyer too). He navigated the bumps in the road with pragmatism and professionalism. Always picked up the phone and responded and was a real breath of fresh air in comparison to other agents I have met. I also found Nicola and Pedro to be fantastic agents too.

GoogleI organised a viewing for a flat with KFH estate agents and started to have communications with Antony Botha. I had been searching for a flat for a long time and the process was beginning to feel very tiresome. A few hours before the viewing Antony called me just to confirm our viewing which I appreciated as a lot of agents do not courtesy call before a scheduled viewing. He arrived well on time and carried out the viewing in a professional, friendly and lovely manner. He allowed time for me to just look around for myself and was ready to answer any questions I had. I liked his passion and he communicated all that was required and more about the flat. His reliable nature and fast responsiveness moving forward led to the landlord accepting the offer well within 24 hours. He deserves a promotion! GoogleI have been looking for a 3 bed flat in London for a couple of months sadly with no luck finding something matching my requirments. That all changed when I received as call from Antony Botha. Antony's communication has been second to none. He has been open and honest and was also very patient when I mislaid a document required for the referencing process. Antony also took the time to allow a second viewing for my colleagues right at the end of his working day which was really appreciated. All in all a fantastic service. GoogleVery impressed with the service we received from Antony Botha. I was unable to attend the initial viewing so he took the time in the evening of another day to show me around. His communication has been excellent throughout, being very genuine and honest about both the property and the process. Despite us undoubtably causing him some headaches with paperwork issues, he always remained patient and has been invaluable in helping us secure this flat.
