Googlealthough I didn't secure a property to let through KFH in Hammersmith I did however receive, what I deem to be the most professional and friendly service from a young gentleman by the name of Stefano, he was 'on the ball' and had answers to all the questions I had about the property, its charges etc... further to this he had great insight to the area and was and all round knowledgeable bloke. estate agents often get a bad name, however i feel the staff at KFH and certainly Stefano are a cut above the rest!

GoogleWe were blown away by Antony's professionalism and commitment to his work. He went above and beyond throughout the whole process and made us feel at ease when faced with challenging circumstances. His attention to detail, friendliness and enthusiasm made something that we considered stressful, a walk in the park. As first time renters, we appreciated his clear explanations and walking us through the whole transition. It is beyond evident that he takes his profession very seriously. Many thanks, Abi, Olivia and Bryonie.

GoogleLooking for a flat that meets all your expectations can be very challenging however Stefano managed to help us find the perfect flat. He has been very professional and friendly at the same time while facilitating the process and making everything run smoothly for us - from our initial search to signing the contract. We can only recommend KFH and if you need a person who moves fast and understands what you need then Stefano would be the person for you !

GoogleAntony, Stefano and Adrian have been fantastic throughout the process of finding us a new home. Very accommodating from the start, and understood our needs/budget etc without trying to upsell us all the time. No matter who we spoke to at the branch, they knew who we were and which property we were calling about, and were very helpful and responsive. I'm so pleased to be about to move into a new home managed by such a friendly and capable team. Thanks guys!! :)

GoogleI have bought and sold properties for the last ten years and have never had such a professional agent as KFH Hammersmith. They were unrelenting in their enthusiasm and drive to get me the right buyer at the right price, even in a quite tricky market. The way Hannah the manager then conducted the sale with her professionalism and speed is the best I have ever encountered. Speed and urgency to complete when you are selling is paramount and sadly other agents I have used do not seem to understand this. I will only be using KFH in the future.

GoogleIt is my luck indeed to have chosen Hannah Hewett and her professional team in Hammersmith branch to act on the sell of my house in Vinery Way. She set out the right strategy that had attracted viewings 10+ just during the first 2 weeks listed online!! Inspite slow market at that time, her team kept looking for the right buyers and selectively arranged the viewings for me, eventually that worked to get a very good deal done selling my house at the price far above the market average. Whist Hannah also offered a great help to neogitate my onward purchase at the same time, for me to secure a successful purchase within my budget right in time. Hannah and the branch are highly professional and knowleage in the area. I woul recommend them to everyone - and actually I have already referred to my friends in need.

GoogleHannah, and her team seamlessly facilitated the sale of our home. Our circumstances were challenging: We are based in the US, and required assistance in putting our historic, mid-1800's property in West London on the market. Hannah navigated us through a complex process with total grace; keeping us informed at all times, giving us complete transparency and feedback from prospective buyers, open to our suggestions, and working with us to represent our property with the kind of care and attention to detail it deserved. We would recommend Kinleigh Folkard and Hammersmith Estate Agents with the highest confidence, and greatly appreciate their thoughtful assistance in the sale of our beloved cottage.
