GoogleI've been working with Antony Botha to find a new flat. He is one of the most professional and honest agents I've come across. No manipulative pressuring, seems to have everyone's best interest in mind, and is really great with communicating (timely, kind and not inundating you as others do!). I haven't found a flat yet but am very happy working with Antony and hope to find one soon. Thanks for a great experience so far

We had an issue with the washing machine and Sujata not only responded but also helped solving it promptly. GoogleAlthough I’ve never rented with KFH, the care taken in my flat-hunting experience has been impressively consistent. More specifically, Antony Brotha took extra time to understand what I was looking for without making me feel like I was a nuisance as other experiences have left me with other agencies. He was patient, knowledgeable, helpful, and efficiently communicative. I was lucky to have him represent KFH in my search for a flat with my new baby.

GoogleI had a great experience with this firm. Moving house can be a stressful time and you want someone to help you who is patient and understanding. This team were great. GoogleI asked 3 agents to value my flat ,KFH assured me then and there they had a buyer who would pay considerably more than the other valuations.Seemed to good to be true but they followed through so I didnt even need to go to open market,and sold through them with excellent handling of several sticking points which could have derailed everything.They really earned their fee achieving a sale with tenants in situ on 31 march 2016
