GoogleI viewed a couple of properties from them. Even if I did not find what I was looking for, they were very kind and always keen to help. Antony, the agent who showed me the property, was very friendly, helpful and he was keen to find me the flat according to my requirements. He was frequently contacting me with new alternatives. Thank you for your service.

GoogleI had a great experience searching for flats to rent from KFH Hammersmith Estate Agents as they helped me with my search and accommodated to my needs. Especially with the help of Stefano Leoni, recommending me flats that were in my budget and organising viewings for me effortlessly. I would definitely recommend this agency for anyone looking to find a place to call home.

GoogleReally smooth and easy process with Roy helping us find a flat. Was on our side the whole time and was able to accommodate all our separate viewings within days of each other.

GoogleI called into the Branch to get some information about the local area as im Considering moving to the area I want to get some more information. I had a lovely lady named hani She gave me a lot of information and was very helpful and took her time to explain everything to me.

GoogleI had the misfortune to put in an offer for a tenancy with these rogue traders. They demanded a £300 deposit upfront just for me to request the property, and two days later told me I couldn't have the property as it had been rented out through another agency! It took over a week to get my money back, and they were quite difficult about it. Avoid at all costs.

GoogleGuy and the team were fantastic! They're clear and keep you informed of everything, the move in was smooth and no trouble.

GoogleThe whole rental team have been supportive throughout what has been a rollercoaster of a tenant hunt! From Rayan's initial contact to Krystal and Daria coming up with tenants, challenging certification issues and working out how to sign Eve's electronic documents - it's been crazy. But the tenants have signed today and I cannot thanks the KFH Hammersmith team enough for their hard work and support through the entire process.

GoogleWe had a very good experience with KFH for finding our new home and the letting procedures. The team was very helpful and especially our negotiator Roy Payne did a very good job for getting us the apartment on time. He was very quick and helpful throughout the letting procedures.

GoogleThe standard of customer service I received at KFH was excellent, the agent (Antony Botha) I spoke to was polite and extremely responsive via both phone and email. Although I ended up finding my flat through another agency I had a very positive experience communicating with KFH - I will certainly consider looking for a flat with them in the future.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleAntony Botha and Jaime Lathwell helped us find a new flat in a matter of days. They were very accommodating, communication was amazing and they really went above and beyond to help us out. While I can't speak for all of the agents, I would still highly recommend KFH because of these guys alone.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
