A really good Lettings team. They were very proactive and did a good number of viewings. When an offer came in, the applicants needed to move in with 3 days. The star of the show was Melodie who made this happen. She was in charge of the tenancy agreement exchange and everything else that goes along with it. She was highly organised and remain cool and calm in a high pressure situation. She understood fully all rules and regulations which are constantly changing. Well done to the whole team, especially Melodie.

To be honest how a single person can turn around the customer relationship is incredible?! I met Tom, the Lettings manager at Bayswater KFH for the first time last year after a turbulent 6 months of letting my property (under the previous manager). Tom was very supportive and proactive. He was keen to make it right. In the beginning I had my reservation but Tom was consistent in his approach and delivered on his promises which is in itself rare and refreshing. I have again let my property through him and this time round the process was smooth and stress free. I would highly recommend KFH Bayswater to anyone looking to let their property, it’s great under the new manager.

Sam has been a fantastic help right through viewings and to signing the tenancy. She’s was patient with us when we kept going back and forth on which flat to go for, she did her best to find us exactly what we were looking and the best thing about Sam is she hasn’t gone off the radar now that we’ve paid the deposit and signed the agreement, she’s responsive by email and phone for any last minute queries we’ve had.

Tom Foreman-Browne and Melodie Nguyen at KFH Bayswater were fantastic. They found great tenants within weeks and so there were vacant gaps! Very professional and reliable. Keep up the good work! Highly commendable! From the start, Jonathan McCormack has found great tenants from relocating agents. This meant that the tenants were professionals and kept the property in good condition. The current tenants have been on a long least of more than two years. There was also an incident where there was a delay in obtaining a licence to let which meant that we had to postpone the tenants' move in date. Nonetheless, thanks to Jonathan who managed and resolved the situation brilliantly. He is absolutely reliable. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a letting agent.

"TEAM KFH Bayswater"... what can I say...well I can say straight out the the gate is that it is a GREAT team. I have, in the last five years, bought, sold, and rented out numerous properties with Paul Hyman and his team. I have nothing but praise for the way the team handled all aspects of purchase, sale, and rental. Normally when dealing with letting agencies in London, I find you need to chase and follow up and can struggle to even speak to someone directly (as the properties go so quickly anyway there isn’t much incentive for the customer service side) but we are blown away by KFH, most specifically Nathan who has went out of his way to give us daily updates on properties, arrange viewings for us straight away and clearly really cares! When we find our perfect flat soon I’m sure it will be down to him! Go Nathan, such an asset to the team :)

I've had an absolutely terrible experience renting from KFH. From the start, it was a complete nightmare. My property manager was extremely unresponsive to my issues. For 7 months out of my 12-month tenancy, I had no access to warm water, which made living conditions unbearable. Despite numerous attempts to get this issue resolved, my complaints were largely ignored. Moreover, there were several incidents where inspections were conducted without my given consent. On multiple occasions, KFH accessed my home when I wasn’t there, despite my explicit requests for these inspections to occur only in my presence. This disregard for my privacy and preferences was extremely distressing. Communication with KFH was consistently poor. No matter who I spoke to, my concerns were not taken seriously, and the lack of responsiveness was frustrating and unacceptable. Overall, KFH’s management was incredibly unprofessional and incompetent. I would strongly advise against using their services.
