GoogleUnprofessional & disorganised agents with poor communication. Makes it difficult just to book an initial valuation, rescheduled multiple times and cancelled without prior notice. Would not recommend.

GoogleWe were very happy and pleased with the service from KFH, especially working with Andre Walcott and his assistant Sharon Seale. Andre was extremely professional, efficient and went above and beyond for us. He gave expert advice and provided very clear communication especially during the difficult economic time. He helped kick start alot of documents I needed to acquire a mortgage. They are a dynamic duo and we are very grateful to of had them working on our case. We would recommend them to anyone wanting a good experience, with well knowledge professionals. They have taken what is known to be a difficult and tedious task to one that was actually very smooth and stress free. Thank you for everything.

We had other three offers to rent our property, two of which were higher than the rent offered by KFH’s client; however, we decided to accept KFH’s offer because of the great team. Ricco the branch manager has been very flexible and accommodating, always focusing on reaching a win-win transaction, going the extra smile so as to ensure that his clients are happy. I highly recommend Dejvi, the Senior Negotiator who rented our property, who has always been quite professional, patient and responsive, ensuring that everything went smoothly. Meaghan from the Fulham office was proving admin support in the absence of Emanuela, she has been very helpful, professional, quick, efficient and responsive making all last-minute changes to the documentation that we had to sign and followed up at all times responding questions and making the required amendments. She could be a great addition to the Bayswater Office. Many thanks to Ricco, Dejvi, Meaghan and the full team, which showed absolute professionalism during the whole process, it has been a real pleasure working with all of you.PositiveResponsiveness

GoogleI recently used KFH Bayswater to rent out two of my apartments in the area. Dejvi Aliaj arranged market appraisals very quickly, taking on board what my rental expectations were. He was extremely proactive in arranging multiple viewings and giving me regular feedback. Dejvi was extremely courteous, always professional and went the extra mile to secure excellent tenants for me at the asking price, within a very short space of time. I was extremely pleased with the service provided by KFH and Devji in particular and would highly recommend their services. I certainly plan to use them in the future.
