We had an excellent experience with ROSS PARKER of the Bayswater Office. We found the rest of the experience and staff unremarkable and I would not recommend working with anyone at KFH but Ross. He was proactive, professional and efficient with excellent communication throughout our conveyancing (sale) process. He knows the business and is an excellent resource for anyone on either side of a conveyancing transaction. Ross was helpful rather than a hindrance and he not only orchestrated a sale for us but saw it through diligently and properly from viewing to completion. Ross was friendly and helpful throughout and made every effort to accommodate us and ensure our requirements were met. KFH should hold him up as an example firm-wide of how this job should be done. KFH as an agency were disappointing and their work product underwhelming in every way. The fact that we sold our home through them was purely down to the efforts of Ross and we would not hesitate to recommend him and work with him in the future. Like many other firms, KFH makes grand promises and delivers very little by way of substance. Ross Parker is the agent who will get the job done and make a stressful and complicated process bearable. As a Landlord, navigating through a pandemic has been challenging to say the least but Tom Foreman-Browne, and his team, have been very much focused and responsive. Thank you Amera and Abel for sorting all the finer details and your help - your positive and professional attitudes were appreciated. Hugely impressed with the fact they pulled all the stops to make the process of finding great tenants as swift and easy as possible, for me and also for the tenant. Everything was communicated well and efficiently - I've had bad experiences in the past with agents that make it seem like they don't really care whether they let your property and you have to keep chasing them, didn't get that feeling with KFH as they always felt like they were on the ball and gave me quality feedback from viewings.

Excellent service from these guys on Paul’s team. We had what seemed like a tricky flat to sell in a tumultuous year. Olly got us across the line at a price we were very happy with. Very happy with his negotiation, feedback and problem solving. He went the extra mile in managing of solicitors, as well as myself and our buyer. What could have been a bumpy ride was all smoothed and brought to the close. He did a top job. Best experience I have had locally and Paul manages a great squad. Fully recommend and will use for next sale (or purchase). No games, no over-promising just to get your business. Just straight up. Their coverage sourced plenty of viewings, and they filtered the quality buyers from window shoppers well. They have the most listings locally so can cross-show and match the right buyers for you. Gloucester terrace and around bayswater these are your agents. For this flat we were previously listed with another agent who didn’t show our flat half as much or as well. We should have saved our time and stress and just gone to KFH first. Again great experiences with Paul, Rajan, Kourosh, Max, Taymour, Nicola, Sammie. Sure I’ve forgotten a few. Special shout out for Olly who was straight, reliable, trustworthy and hard working. A credit to the team. Some agents just seem to do showings, get the number and leave the rest to the solicitors but here you defo feel like they’re here to get you to the end, offer fair advice and manage tricky buyers/sellers. I was on the search for an apartment for the longest time, to be exact since September last year. I did not really like any of the apartments that were shown or recommended to me. And in addition to that, many letting agents I was involved with were rather rude and told me that if I wanted something 'nicer and more central' I will need to raise my budget or opt for a lower ground/ground floor apartment which of a dealbreaker for me. It was not until Wednesday January 30th 2019 that a property was listed on Rightmove by KFH. I immediately contacted the person in charge for viewings. Sam Faid Marla has been amazing! She arranged a viewing for the next day 12pm and did not shut me down when asking whether there was room for negotiation in terms of the price but she was open to having a talk with the landlord. She presented the apartment very well and I had no reason to hesitate after such a presentation and moreover the property fitted my exact needs. Upon leaving the property I provided her with my offer and she got back to me in no time informing me about the landlord having agreed to my offer. Within a day, references were being undertaken and as of today I can call myself a tenant of a beautiful home. Very central and at a perfect rent rate at that! I would recommend Sam Faid Marla to anyone who is looking for a property as she is on it! She will provide you with the best options available and ensure that your requirements are met. I will definitely keep her details for future searches and refer her to any of my friends and family.

We stumbled upon the KFH Bayswater branch after giving up hope on finding a decent place to live in London having viewed a number of properties with a number of other agencies. I was greeted by Megan Foster, working on the saturday towards the end of her shift. She was so upbeat and her uplifting demeanour instilled some hope that I would find something and that she would do everything she could to ensure it. She lined up a number of properties for me to see which were exquisite!!! Long story short after offers back and forth. She managed to secure a flat that I would not dream of getting without her help.
