GoogleMy husband and I had the pleasure to work with Megan Foster and Melodie Nguyen when we rented our new place in London. They are very efficient, approachable, detail-oriented, and extremely professional. They clearly have a procedure in place as the entire process was very organized and smooth. Special thanks to Megan who was very accommodating when we asked for extra viewings of the property - we truly appreciate it!

He ensured the transaction (purchasing of a flat) remained on track and kept all parties informed. He was a key member in ensuring that the transaction eventually went ahead. Subsequently he was also helpful through referring us to the relevant people for letting the flat.

It was my first time renting in the UK and she was extremely helpful throughout the process -- responsive, took the time to clearly explain next steps and facilitate good communication between myself and the landlord. I would definitely rent with Amera again -- and KFH assuming all the agents are as good as Amera.
