From the first initial meeting to the very end, her knowledge, comprehension of our needs, help and advice have been priceless. Same kind words apply to Heather Froment Jones, who was involved in the later stages and chasing after our solicitors to ensure progress. Would definitely recommend and would use again in the future!!!

GoogleDisappointing Experience; Exposed: We trusted this lettings agency to provide our family with a safe and comfortable home. Still, we had a terrible experience: we’ve been dealing with carelessness, three months of unaddressed issues, the house with preexisting problems and nothing but broken promises and ongoing breach of the contract. To make matters worse, we moved into our new house to find that the heating wasn’t working during the Christmas period, with no care or concern from our lettings agency. Don’t let this happen to you - stay cautious and research before signing any contracts.

I contacted different agencies but found KFH and in particular Marta in the Wimbledon branch very patient and helpful throughout the process. She explained everything to us and was always there to respond all questions and doubts we had.

GoogleI'm just coming to the end of a tenancy with a KFH property, lasting for 2.5 years. There are some nice folk working there, however it will take a long time for any maintenance work to happen to your property. Additionally their fees are astronomical and seemingly plucked out of thin air, however, hopefully new legislation will mean they have to dramatically change their approach to their fee structure.

GoogleReceived a very poor service from our property manager Shikha Shrestha during our time at our rental property. Completely unresponsive and only responds after being chased via email. With have had an issue with mould in our bathroom which hasn't been resolved for months, have been without a working washing machine for 5 weeks and have had an issue with a broken radiator for 5 weeks. We reported these issues multiple times but have still yet to see any action. Loved our stay at our property but the service with regards to maintenance is shocking.
