GoogleI've worked with George Ivanov MARLA during my property search. I'm really pleased with his services, he showed up the viewings always early, even though we had quite strict requirements he found us great properties. I will love to keep working with KFH in my further property searches.

GoogleWhere do I start … it went wrong from the very beginning, I guess. I asked for my landlord’s contact details before we moved in to our flat but was ignored. We moved in on Xmas eve and realised on Xmas day that the shower was not working. KFH of course had already closed for the holidays and left us with no way of contacting neither them nor the landlord meaning that we had to live without any hot water until January. Brrr. Did we get an apology when they finally got back from the holidays? Nope. It’s not improved since then. When it was time to negotiate a renewal, they gave us wrong legal advice, ignored us for 10 weeks, sent rather misleading emails (that looked like they tried to make us pay extra fees) and then called me a time-waster and threatened us with eviction … five-star service, guys. Mortgage application sent through mid week, approved by end of week with Valuation in for the Tuesday next week and a mortgage offer issued the very next morning. Could not of asked for a better/faster/more reliable service than that of what James Coles provided. Also there to answer questions any time of the day and promptly and worked hard to get the best possible mortgage for myself. GoogleMight be a decent company for property owners but they are horrendous when it comes to tenants. The agents make promises that landlords will not agree to, we have had three property managers in three months, one of whom would take weeks to respond to emails and not answer phone calls, outstanding issues that were supposed to have been done before we moved in, low quality work by contractors selected by KFH, no oversight of contracted work. By far the worst estate agent and property management company we have dealt with in London.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleIf no stars were an option, this is what I would pick, because simply put, the property management we have received has been non-existent. Both my partner and I have sent multiple emails to various different people at this branch, 1 being a team leader, but getting a response hardly every happens. When calling, the person you ask to speak to is pretty much never available. The whole process leading up to actually moving into the property was a pleasant experience, but since then, KFH have given an clear impression that they couldn't care less about the property they're managing nor the tenants themselves.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleAvoid this company or have a maintenance time frame agreed in your offer. Having rented a high end property we hoped it would be a wonderful experience, but there was a snag list of niggles at the beginning of the tenancy and other issues which have arisen and it has been almost impossible to get repairs done. They do send maintenance to investigate and quote and then never follow up. The issues we had at the beginning are still there as we are about to move out 12 months later. After I put up notices warning potential new tenants how difficult it has been to get repairs done KFH arranged for maintenance to call again today with a list of 9 items, only 2 of which were rectified!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
