GoogleMy fiancee and I have been using Jack Brownsmead in KFH's Earlsfield managing agents' office to manage our tenanted flat in Earlsfield (SW18). Jack has been fantastic for the last couple of years now. Really user friendly and responsive and really helpful to bounce ideas off. The tenants thought he was great as well. Jack's colleagues in the finance team were also great in getting clear, reliable statements prepared. Would highly recommend.

Ben Rayner is very responsive and always deals with our queries as soon as possible. GoogleIn a difficult market the service we have received from KFH Wimbledon has been wonderful. Jessica, Linda and all the team have taken the time to help us through the process and as such it has been fairly plain sailing. Moving a family of 5 after a long period of time was always going to have it's challenges and they were very patient, kind and professional with us. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleSophie Hardy is an absolute delight to deal with. We haven't quite found a property yet but she has been completely professional, friendly, informative and brilliant. In fact I would go so far as to say that it is completely refreshing to find an Agent like Sophie - she has a welcome and different approach where she makes your feel comfortable and confident without being forceful. I would highly recommend her.

GoogleKirsty Burke was very helpful and proactive with arranging our change of sharer agreement. They made the process very straightforward and were very responsive to queries that I had. Keeping on top of paperwork can be difficult with so many documents to remember to sign, and Kirsty did a wonderful job reminding and checking in with me on how the process was going.

GoogleWorst conversation I have ever had with an estate agent showing attitude after trying to catfish me with fake advertising. Estate was called Anthony not professional at all trying to finde a solution he just irritates without reason. If he was women I would say is in menopause but in this case personality’s issue. Will never succeed in this job dear

They organise themselves quite well so even if you're agent has taken a day off, there is always someone filling in and you get a response in no time.

GoogleJessica looked after us from start to finish and despite being a fairly tricky move with lots of moving parts and a few hiccups, Jessica and the team at KFH were always there to help, advise and organise. They smiled, were polite and mostly effective and proactive. In a sea of absolute inefficient morons that seem to populate the property world, this lot were awesome. Thank you very much!

Being first time buyers we were unsure about the process but he was very helpful when it came to explaining things as well as super attentive. Everything went smoothly and would highly recommend 👍

GoogleAfter getting and married and finding out I was pregnant my husband and I decided it was time to move out of our house share and look for a 2 bed long-term flat to let. We started off well with lots being recommended to us after viewing a couple we found one we like & We filled in an application for the property and went about our day. Due to my husband being self employed and both of us only being in London for just under a year he was required to provide 1 guarantor... No problems we had those details passed over and the agent carried on with our application. So not only with his income, my full time employment and a guarantor we were told that we were good applicants untill I received a call around 3pm from the agent asking for another guarantor, this time it was because the landlord had been informed of my pregnancy. Despite the fact that maternity leave hadn't been discussed or agreed, this landlord and agency expected my husband and I to have 2 guarantors earning 6x the monthly rent (1450pcm) all because he had assumed my salary would drop when I have a baby. After explaining how my maternity would work ,the agency asked if its possible to get the 2nd guarantor. As disappointed as we were we agreed but explained it would take until the end of the day (5:30pm) To get this sorted, less than an hour later the agency called to say they had given the flat to another applicant even though they had agreed to wait. I feel like I was discriminated against because I was pregnant as the application was given the go ahead until KFH informed the landlord of our situation. Will not recommend ever.

GoogleI've rented from them and tried to buy from them and the process for both left me feeling pretty awful. When I checkout of my rental place I agreed with the landlord the amount to take off the deposit. All nice and easy. But then KFH tried to take off even more money presumably to keep themselves. When putting in an offer to buy a place they pressured me to use their own Solicitors (presumably to keep a better margin) and were explaining that the solicitors i'd chosen were really bad. It turned out the Solicitors I chose were helpful and professional throughout while KFH repeatedly pressured me into taking on costs. And suggesting I go through with the sale before confirmation that some costs would be covered. That sale eventually fell through, no fault of KFH, but that was over a month ago and the property is still listed on the website! So beware, the stuff they list might not exist! Their priority is their own bottom line and left me with a pretty bad taste in my mouth.

GoogleWe used the Raynes Park branch to sell our property and based on our experience we can see why options such as Purple Bricks are doing so well. I would have expected the cost difference of using a KFH to be reflected in the service but it really did not. We asked that we were consulted on bookings in advance of them being made, usually we were not and we often had to chase. When we had an offer on the property, communications were not managed well with our buyers which created friction and ultimately led to them pulling out at the last minute costing us a lot of money in lost legal and surveyor fees. A suggested revised accelerated marketing campaign was an unfortunate waste of time and seemed only to encourage offers well below what we could accept despite us being very clear on our expectations. This all led to us reluctantly taking our property off the market and losing our onward purchase. Should we choose to go back on again, we see no reason why we would use KFH again.
