GoogleI don't normally take the time to write reviews, but Kyle is an exception! Kyle Bolger at the Lee branch helped me find the perfect flat for my husband and I. We had a small time frame and a budget that couldn't stretch too far, but Kyle eased all my stress and was able to find us a home that fit all our needs and exceeded my expectations! I would recommend Kyle to anyone renting in the Lee area. He is a gem!

GoogleFor the past 2 months we have been searching for a 2 bedroom property around the area and I can honestly say I was very impressed with KFH, more specifically with the support and service provided by Marta. I generally don't rely on state agents because I find them rude and entitled but Marta was incredibly dedicated and responsive. She was the first agent to contact me back and provide me with many apartment options throughout the process. She never failed to ask more questions if we didn't find what we wanted and really understood our requirements. I would highly recommend her for all your property search needs.

GoogleHaving just successfully completed my house sale via KFH in Wimbledon, I fully recommend them. Initially somewhat dubious of the role of estate agents in the modern house buying process, my faith was restored with the hard work that Linda, Lucy and team put in to manage the viewing process, keep buyer interest and ultimately obtain a sale in a difficult market. I was kept informed of progress and as we neared exchange and completion, the team were proactive in chasing down last minute questions to keep the agree timeline on track.

GoogleIt would have been great if they could have regularly come by to handle repairs on our property. Working together has been quite a challenge for these guys. Honestly, I feel like I’ve thrown away 36 grand. Their relationship management really needs improvement. They seemed to struggle with understanding when it wouldn't be possible for them to visit, like when my dog was at home or when I was working remotely. It was also disappointing that they didn’t take into account the disability we have in the family. They weren't able to negotiate with the landlord to fix issues like dampness or broken heating. Whenever we brought up challenges, they often seemed to brush them off, and if things got tough, they would just stop replying to our emails. Bad experience and so so happy to be out of that contract now! That tenancy was such a constant life and money drain!

GoogleI contacted Adrian Gray for help in finding my family & I a 3 bed property to rent in Wimbledon. I was aware that we were demanding clients with a clear set of requirements and a strict budget.Adrian was reliable, courteous and good humoured. Crucially her took the time to understand what we wanted and didn't waste our time with unsuitable properties- which many agents do! The search was stressful but Adrianmade it as pleasant as it could have been and he was extremely knowledgeable about the local market. He was flexible, friendly and had a great can-do attitude. in the end Adrian didn't find the property we chose but he was still an enormous help and I couldn't recommend him more highly. He is a real credit to KFH.

GoogleAs a landlord I would think very strongly about using the KFH residential managed property services. It’s a shame as it started off well, however their service just got worse over time. A good example of this is when in between tenants KFH registered my neighbours utility bills in my name. This has resulted in 9 months of hell. I now have a debt of £1800.00 and a legal threat from the utility company. KFH have made no real efforts to try and resolve this and intact their lack of care, concern and general customer service has made the whole situation a lot worse. I would never normally leave a review like this, but I have now reached the end of the road Witt them. Use with care.

They were professional, prompt all of the services including financial advice were incredible clear. We had many questions and were very overwhelmed by paperwork. GoogleWe are moving out of our flat and have had awful experiences with Lucy and Frankie. They showed up to our flat unannounced with people to view, were extremely pushy with viewings and would not work around our work schedules and worst of all when we gave them keys to our flat for one day they wanted to refuse to return them to us prior to our move out and tried to let themselves in to our flat with said keys without our consent.
