GoogleExcellent in every way! The team at Forest Hill were all experienced, professional, polite, approachable and knowledgeable. Marcus, who dealt with the sale of my property, was always prepared to go the extra mile, incredibly helpful, and, in my opinion, managed to speed up the sale process by at least a month by ensuring all parties were informed at all times. Would no doubt be happy to work with KFH again, and will recommend in the future.

GoogleJames Coles has assisted us with applying for a mortage. He has been professional, polite and very easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. Whilst obtaining a mortgage has been somewhat stressful, James has guided us though every step and provided us with invaluable information at every turn. He is also a personable individual whom we would highly recommend if you need help with a Mortgage. More recently, his assistant Sharon has been communicating with us to keep us informed as things progress. She has also been a pleasure to liaise with.

GoogleGreat service as always! Very impressed throughout the process. Between the team, Darren, Olivia and Jack at the Crofton Park branch it felt like they brought certainty in a slightly unpredictable market. Each of the team acted with professionalism, and impressed at the people they managed to get through the door before the listing went live, and how they conducted viewings (we have house cats). We managed to sell within days, at a good price, and our buyers were a dream, Darren made the sale of our property a seamless stress free experience.

GoogleWe are currently using KFH as our mortgage broker and thus far we have been pleasantly surprised. Other areas of our moving home journey have left a little to be desired on the communication front but KFH have been excellent. We were assigned James Coles, who stepped in when our initial broker went on leave. James has been patient, thorough and most importantly proactive. All correspondence has been prompt and helpful. During our video calls he has taken the time to explain each step and ensure we feel that we can contact him if needed. Here's to he rest of the process running as smoothly!

GoogleKFH block management are abysmal. They refuse to reply, their reception at Nelson House is chaotic at best - often no-one picks up the phone for days on end, and they are the worst large corporation I have dealt with in 2019. It is sad that their block management department are so poor, especially when their estate agent outlets are so first class.

GoogleI can't recommend Siobhan and the team at KFH Sydenham enough, we had a really positive experience from start to finish. It was valued and everything arranged to get it up on the market really quickly. The photos were very professional and showed our property in its best light. They immediately had lots of viewings arranged with prospective buyers and we secured a buyer very quickly. There were numerous times throughout the sale process where Siobhan stepped in to guide us through keeping things on track. If it wasn't for Siobhan's prompting at a key point we likely would not have been able to complete on our desired date. She was able to come up with solutions that worked for both myself and the landlord, and answer my questions along the way. I also enjoyed working with Andrew Rose, the property manager. When I ran into maintenance issues, he was very responsive and helped me address the issues, which was a pleasant change from previous agencies I have worked with. GoogleWe recently started renting through KFH Fulham and it’s been such a nice change from the absolutely atrocious real estates agents you get in London. The entire team from the people showing us around places, to getting the lease signed were lovely. But now we’re having a great experience with our property manager Andria. She’s helped us out so much, from getting broken things around the place from the last tenants fixed, to getting us a new washing machine as the current one was on its way out. Everything has been so fast and hassle free; all we have to do is send and email and she’s onto it. It’s been such a pleasure and my partner and I are so glad we’re here. GoogleNick and Sharon were our mortgage brokers, we found them through looking at a flat through KFH and were recommended to use their brokers, we thought why not and even though we didn't go through with the flat with KFH we stayed with Nick for sorting out our mortgage. They were absolutely brilliant, I couldn't have wished for a better broker, Nick was so helpful, understanding and insightful. Our buying process was sadly very long, nothing to do with KFH, and we had to get a new mortgage offer after 6 months had passed and our first offer expired, which Nick sorted out very quickly and it was stress free, we had assumed the mortgage side of things was the tough part but honestly it was the only easy bit for us. Sharon was our Operations Manager and went above and beyond, even contacting our solicitor to help move things along when we were struggling to get communication. I would whole heartedly recommend using Nick and Sharon at KFH.

GoogleI have used KFH for over 20 years and never been disappointed. They have very helpful staff and always provided sound advice regarding renting our properties. I have dealt with Morgan in the Lettings department on quite a few occasions and she is always polite and helpful in dealing with any requests and promptly responds. They also keep me updated with any changes to rules and regulations regarding the property market.

GoogleI moved into my house in October 2020, and the service from KFH has been totally abysmal. We had a huge radiator leak which caused a lot of water damage in the house and the response from KFH Blackheath was with barely any urgency at all. We were without the radiators so no heating in the rooms for a whole month because KFH were so slow at getting hold of the contractors. In addition to this, we have been chasing the insulation and windows being replaced in the front hall since January this year and again, slow email responses and needing to be reminded for updates constantly by us. When the contractors finally arrived this week they said 'what is it that I'm supposed to be doing then?' Clearly KFH are not doing their job. Even our landlord has apologised to us for the shocking service from them and that the contractors they have chosen are not up to the bar either. It's embarrassing. GoogleWe were lucky enough to find Christopher Hulme for our rental property search. Chris was completely responsive and never missed an appointment. He handled the transactions with professionalism and good humour. His advice was spot on and his assistance enabled us to secure the rental flat we wanted. He even went above and beyond the call when he kindly rescued us when we managed to lock ourselves out of the building the day after we moved in! Christopher was the perfect professional to assist us and we are very grateful to him and appreciative of his efforts. Rated as high as it gets!

GoogleThe worst service I’ve ever got in the UK. I'm really frustrated with the poor quality of the service offered by KFH. I moved on August 29, since then I have been paid for a flat with garage and I'm still without access to my garage because the estate agent haven't give me the control of it yet. Also, I'm still wait for the fobs and for the key of my letterbox. After more than 11 days paying for the flat I'm still waiting for the fobs, the control of my garage, and the key of my letter box! They told me that the previous tenant lost the fobs, but the landlord sent me a letter to tell me that the KFH lost the keys. Whatever, I know the flat had been empty for more than three weeks. They had had enough time to arrange all these things before my move date. Why didn’t they arrange it before? Sadly, this is not the only problem that I'm facing with this company. When I got inside the flat, on August 29, it was very dirty. I know that all the estate agencies should have the flats properly cleaned before new tenants moved in however the carpets were disgusting, on the edge the colour was darker because of the accumulated dust. There were cobwebs on the ceiling as well. I had to spend more than one day brushing the carpets and cleaning all the flat. I took pictures and sent to them, but even witg theses pictures they'd rather keep to lying that the flat was cleaned to a professional standard. I’m very upset and frustrated because this kind of service is unacceptable. To charge all the fees they called me many times, but now that I’ve already paid all the fees and also six months of renting in advance they they take too long to answer emails. It's very sad. They are not fair. I don't recomend them to anyone. I'm just waiting for their final position to move on to discuss the issues with The Property Ombudsman. GoogleMy wife and I recently needed help looking for an apartment in London. Our agents name was Matt Gouldand has to be by far the best agent out of about 15 we have used whole searching for somewhere nice to live in London. MR Goukd was relatively new to the company from what I could make out. But he was extremely professional and represented his company like any of the seasoned agents from the other companies. Although we found an apartment with another company, I truely wished we could have used Mr Gould. If all the agents at KFH are like Mr Gould, then a highly recommended this company to everyone.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleKerry Golding provided an excellent brokerage service and helped us promptly arrange a mortgage for our new house in the middle of the Covid lockdown. Our circumstances changed through the process and she did her best to optimise our mortgage deal. We were really pleased with Kerry’s responsiveness, dedication and the level of professionalism, she picked up matters outside of business hours, immediately reacted on our requests and other matters during the process and was easily contactable on the phone.
