GoogleKerry Golding provided an excellent brokerage service and helped us promptly arrange a mortgage for our new house in the middle of the Covid lockdown. Our circumstances changed through the process and she did her best to optimise our mortgage deal.
We were really pleased with Kerry’s responsiveness, dedication and the level of professionalism, she picked up matters outside of business hours, immediately reacted on our requests and other matters during the process and was easily contactable on the phone.

GoogleAwful, exploitative and will say anything to make a sale. Was promised the day before moving into a rental property that the property had been cleaned and bad repairs to the walls made by previous tenants had been fixed. We arrived to a filthy house - crumbs on the floor and in the cupboards, cobwebs and spiders in the corners of the walls, dust on everything and stained carpets. There were still holes in the walls. On phoning to ask about the condition of the flat was told that they didn't manage the property and I would have to take it up with the landlord, despite their promises that they had inspected the flat before we moved in. Disgraceful and not only would I never recommend, I would actively caution against using them.

GoogleI recently dealt with David Moreton and his sales team at West Hampstead, I cannot put into words how efficient and hard-working they all are individually. I now understand why they are the most popular estate agent in West Hampstead. A few people had recommended them, but to be honest I wasn’t expecting anything special. However, I have to say from beginning to end the service was great and they made what is generally a pretty stressful time a lot smoother. One of David’s reviews said ‘Trust him as you would your own mother, he will deliver’, I totally agree.

She has been incredibly responsive and helpful from the moment that I started looking for a flat, and provided help throughout the entire process. She is very attentive, friendly, and honest. She is always patient, and at no point was she ever even the slightest bit pushy - it made looking at properties a pleasure instead of a chore. GoogleTo be honest I'm puzzled with the previous reviews. My experience of this agency - Wimbledon - is beyond my expectations and they were quite high.
From day one my wife and I have been treated with respect and honesty.
We saw a house, loved it and made an offer.
Since then, Charlotte Duggin has been highly professional, yet affable in dealing with all necessary paperwork and last minute checks before our move.
Another plus we've found is that the agency use an independent company to hold deposit and also to perform credit checks.
My wife and I spent some time dealing with other agencies, most of them were absolutely rubbish when compared to the level of efficiency and communications from KFH Wimbledon.

GoogleI can thoroughly recommend Simon Patton and the team at KFH Lettings in Wimbledon. Contrary to everything you may hear about Estate Agents these guys certainly break the mould! My flat was advertised to let and viewings were lined up before it even went "live" The network of the KFH braches all work together and I had viewings from 3 different offices which was impressive. Simon listened, was extremely efficient, knowledgeable and provided some super tenants for the listed asking price. He and Nicole kept me constantly up to date on progress and were there if I had any queries. I would definitely recommend KFH. In my experience it has been worth paying for an agent to find the right tenants, run all the necessary checks and make sure all parties are happy with terms and conditions etc AND turn the whole thing round in a matter of weeks. The whole process was efficient, thorough and professional.
Adrian was friendly, helpful and responsive. When entering the house, we found that it was not so cleaned as we expected, but Adrian and the rest of the team managed to have it cleaned. Satisfied and highly recommended. As an area of improvement, Adrian would need to work on issue management, putting himself in customer´s shoes and work from customer´s side rather than denying the issue.

There was a chain buyer in my sale, and this has always made me concerned in the past as it can cause delays. GoogleAs a landlord of 15 properties, I always use KFH. I have worked this KFH Wimbledon for years and they are my preferred agent. They are professional, keep long hours and are always there at the end of the phone to help. They let properties quickly and achieve high rents for me and always provide honest feedback in order to adjust the price either up or down. They won't under price properties for a quick let and neither will they persist in a high price if they need it genuinely needs to drop. They never waste time. They are never difficult with me and are flexible with terms because they invest in the long term with landlords and are not in for a quick buck. That is why they are the first agent I call if I need to let a flat. If tenancies are terminated early, KFH will promptly refund any overpaid fees without me chasing and without argument. I really like working with the Lettings manager Oliver who is efficient, professional, flexible to negotiation and yet can be tough when he needs to be which is exactly who I want on my side.

When my partner and I were looking for a flat in Wimbledon London, I contacted KFH and was greeted by a pleasant gentleman Dimitri Stukalin.
Dimitri set up a viewing with me straight away for two properties that day and im sure it would have been more if I had not had to go to work.
I didn’t take the property as It didn’t quite suit us but he was in touch we me as soon as a new property became available.
Dimitri was very professional, friendly and went the extra mile for me.
Unfortunately I found another property I couldn’t resist with another agency.
Saying that I would most definitely request Dimitri if I were to do it again.
