GoogleKirsty and the whole lettings team have been extremely helpful and professional during the process of moving to Clevedon Court, SW11. I would recommend doing business with this agency over other corporates which might lack of such personalised and high level of customer service and care.

GoogleWorst agency ever!Had my flat invaded meaning , the the agent Mourak from South Kensignton entered my flat without my permission, going though my things,and absolutely noting wsa done!! and now after moving out he wont answer my emails or phone calls, so unless you want someone invading your house without your consent or having trouble having our deposit back stay away.

Google5 years ago I have contacted for the first time KFH ,there were really good. This mounth I need help again and lucky me I meat Maira Cardenas Gallego Lettings Negotiator from 44-48 Borough High St, London. She was fast and helpful. Definitely recommended .

Balen's been exceptionally accomodating to our requests and has handled himslelf with great professionalism. He's extremely responsive which has made asking questions a breeze. We are very pleased with the service we have been given.

GoogleKFH are hands down the most unprofessional company I have come across. Missed emails, months and months of delays due to negligence, complete incompetence. This company does not care at all about their responsibilities for the management of their properties. Avoid at all costs

GoogleI've rented a privately owned property with KFH as letting agent for a few months and am throughly annoyed at the lack of responsiveness. They ignore 90% of emails and phone calls, even those in relation to serious repair issues required in my flat.

GoogleKFH has been managing our property for us in SW20 for many years. We have recently been dealing with Eliana Thurstan over a renewal of contract and have found her to be responsive, knowledgeable and patient (!). A real find, and we thank her.

If there was something he did not know he found out immediately. Communication was quick and we knew exactly what the next steps were. We have never had such a good service at an Estate Agents so thank you.

GoogleKirsty Burke did a very good job with proactive advice and counsel, and she'd get 5 stars on her own. The overall experience - including multiple different teams and people at KFH felt clunky and disjointed at times and brings the rating down.

GoogleVery impressed with professional and swift rental service from Dimitri Stukalin, who was very helpful in every step of the way. Very officiant with their online, contact free document management all paperwork completed within few days. Over all great experience and now enjoying my new flat. Big thank you to all other office team.

GoogleVery organised Company, always ready to help. The agents reply to emails and calls very quickly. As a landlord, my tenants always say they are very happy with the letting agent. New tenants are found quickly and the process is always a smooth one. I have use other agents in Wimbledon before, but KFH is in a different league.

GoogleNarissa at KFH head office is outstanding.She informed me of a requirement and helped by sending me the necessary information,.also offering help with a form and getting in touch several times with the recipient, including when the form showed my entry was blocked. She is very professional, well informed and responsible. A real asset to KFH
