GoogleGreat service. I rent my property with them and they (Sam & Shelley) have provided a professional service throughout, taking the time to explain things and answering my questions I have. They worked hard to get tenants into the property and to relet it when needed which was great! I would totally recommend them.

GoogleI never really liked working with agents however there’s a lady, Marta, who was all the opposite from what u’d expect an estate agent to be. Responsive and helpful, keeping us updated with properties that suited our needs rather rather than just calling us for the shake of it. Definitely will contact her back. In the future

GoogleAs a landlord, I have used numerous agencies in Wimbledon however the service from KFH has been second to none. My point of contact was Adrian, he is professional, knowledgeable and by far the best agent I have dealt with over a 18 year period. I strongly recommend - thanks for the great tenants

GoogleAfter a poor experience with a different Agent I spoke the Lucy and asked KFH to market my property as well as the other agent and the experience was very different. The team are very professional and Linda Duffy managed to get an acceptable offer and the professionalism continued all the was to completion.

Once the offer was accepted, she went out of her way to help us prepare for the move and, along with Nicole, ensured that all of the paperwork was done and dusted quickly and smoothly. Highly recommended.

GoogleAwful communication. Bad property management. Would avoid if you're looking to rent. In our experience there was no ownership of queries/issues, broken promises and an all round poor service. Still waiting for deposit to be returned nearly 2 months after moving out. Have escalated to TDS.

GoogleI have used many agents and KFH are by far the worst. They have so may department who blame each other for the issues that arise so that it’s impossible to get anywhere. They are also very worryingly unprofessional. I don’t think anyone has a clue what they are doing.

GoogleThey only good at charging managing fees and not delivering any services. I had to chase them for months for simple weekly cleaning and properly management. Save your time and money by not awarding them any management contract instead look for other providers who will appreciate your business.

GoogleAvoid renting from this agency at all cost. They’ll charge you ridiculous amount of money for end of tenancy cleaning (what would normally cost 50£, they’ll charge you 225£) and refuse to give back your deposit. All they want is your money. AVOID AT ALL COST

We are students so they explained everything really thoroughly to us and we didn't feel like they were trying to push each property to us, unlike other estate agents. They took into account our requirements and did their best to find the perfect accommodation. Highly, highly recommended!!

GooglePersonally had dealings with Kyle and found him to be extremely professional. A friendly guy and at no point was any request too much of an inconvenience. Communication was consistent which certainly helps when trying to find somewhere to live. Ultimately a very pleasant experience with KFH. Thanks again Kyle!

GoogleWe done work for these estate agents and we fronted thousands of pounds for materials and they took so long to make a payment they kept telling lies and delaying week after week
