GoogleWe had a very good experience working with KFH. We found every member of the team to be extremely helpful and professional and clear about what was happening during the process of selling our flat. I have spoken to lots of estate agents in Wimbledon over the years and this was by far the best experience we've had.

GoogleGreat job from George from Kfh in helping me find a rented place. The entire process of tenancy was managed very smoothly with no hassles. I had a very short window to find something and move, George managed it well and kept me informed on the progress. I found him very punctual and super responsive. Keep it up!

GoogleWas with KFH. When I started to look for a new flat I avoided going with them again at all cost. The property management is terrible. **As for many of those good reviews** they do campaign where they ask customers who have just settled with an offer to rate five stars for them.

GoogleI never really liked working with agents however there’s a lady, Marta, who was all the opposite from what u’d expect an estate agent to be. Responsive and helpful, keeping us updated with properties that suited our needs rather rather than just calling us for the shake of it. Definitely will contact her back. In the future

GoogleWe have just started a tenancy in London through KFH and they could not have been more helpful. From speedy replies to emails to always being available to help we'd highly recommend. Kirsty from the Blackheath branch was particularly helpful and the move wouldn't have been as smooth without her help!

GoogleVery disappointed with how the end of our lease was managed. The company took over 5 weeks to contact us after we ended the lease about our security deposit. We had came the office a few times with no response.

GoogleAnya Boyde-Maynard from KFH was great, she made all the process of renting very simple, we got our deposit back very fast after leaving. Recommend 100%. I really miss that flat at Clarendon Road, Notting Hill, it was so lovely.

GoogleTHE WORST AGENCY EVER!!! WE SING A CONTRACT, WE PAID THE DEPOSIT, THE FIRST RENT, WE GAVE REFERENCE FROM OUR JOBS FOR A 3BEDROOM HOUSE IN SOUTHGATE. AND THE LAST DAY THEY CANCELED THE HOUSE AND WE DIDNT HAVE A PLACE TO LIVE!!! I HAVE ALL THE PAPERS SIGNED FROM THEM!!!! DONT TRUST THEM!!!

GoogleI’ve moved a few times and always considered it a horrible time consuming experience. With KFH Wimbledon it’s been the first time things have run smoothly and stress-free. Nicole and Marta have always been there to respond all questions promptly and chase me if anything was outstanding. I’d definitely recommend KFH and moreover the Wimbledon team.

GoogleRayan Dool of KFH was an amazing help with helping relocate from Manhattan to LONDON; he guided me through the process seamlessly and even assisted me with the ins and outs for establishing a bank account in the UK. I highly recommend this Agent. He’s at the KFH office at 180 King Street, Hammersmith!
