GoogleWe recently sold a house through KFH and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to others. They were very professional, knowledgeable and always prompt with feedback and updates. Linda in particular was extremely helpful. She gave excellent advice, kept in regular contact and handled the sale brilliantly. We are very grateful to her for all her hard work and we have nothing but high praise for KFH

GoogleWorst ever Block Management Company. It´s a bunch of partners partnering with the Board of Directors of the various communities. At that point, leaseholders are worthless for them. They do whatever they want, they act as they wish only caring for the Board of Directors to keep them happy and maintain their kiosk. Run away from these people.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

Much more footfall through the door than another agent we tried, sold our house within 3 weeks of being on the market and helped us complete within 6 weeks. Would definitely use them again.
