GoogleI've been using KFH for a couple of years now and their back office service has been thoroughly professional. I particularly like how they've been onto any problems extremely quickly and resolved them with a minimum of fuss. They've also responded quickly to any queries I've had. Kirsty and Krystal have been great to deal with!

GoogleThey operate an absolutely terrible unprofessional management service. They are meant to manage the block but have no interest in doing so whatsoever. They certainly don't return phone calls & if you do manage to speak to someone you get fobbed off. I for one (& i'm not alone apparently) will be strongly campaigning to ditch Kinleigh & find a decent company to do the job.NegativeProfessionalism

Google(Crystal palace) the team were all really efficient, friendly and helpful, I get quite stressed about admin and paperwork etc but the kfh team were great and got me through it with very little hassle, I worked a lot with Morgan and kirsty and they were both fab, quick to respond and supportive, thanks guys!

One of the agents of Kinleigh Folkard &Hayward, Marta, helped through all the process. She showed us the flats according to our budget and our preferences. They managed the renting process with professionality. I reccomend this agency to everybody, especially those that are not familiarized with renting a flat in UK.
