GoogleGeorge helped us find a place to rent in South Wimbledon. He was outstanding, very patient and showed us round to quite a few properties over a span of a few weeks. We finally managed to find a great place and have just moved in. We signed up to a number of estate agents in the area when we were looking and KFH were the best. I'd still recommend signing up to a few agents as it all depends on what properties they have available.

GoogleMark has worked for 30 years in estate agency and is familiar with the Booms and Busts of the Property cycle. This means he is able to back up his facts with statistics to give a very informed view of the local Property market. In addition he gives a candid view of an individual property's worth based on good comparables and is aware of prices per square foot which is what Valuation Surveyor's Use. I have no hesitation in recommending him to sell your property.

GoogleI've rented twice through Oliver and both times hes been fantastic. The second time round he found me a place within 1 hour! He's sorted everything out with minimal hassle, very responsive etc. What I really appreciate is he takes the time to understand my requirements and make sure all options meet that criteria, he has no interest in wasting your time, just wants to find you your ideal property. I couldn't recommend more highly to anyone looking for a consultative and knowledgeable agent

GoogleAwful, awful company, if I could give them minus stars I would. Supposed to ‘manage’ our estate but we have been waiting nearly a year for them to correct the fees they’ve been overcharging us with for nearly 6 YEARS. Weekly chasing has got us absolutely nowhere and still nothing resolved. If I could report them to an ombudsmen I would but they do not seem to be a member of any recognised professional body. Absolute joke.

GoogleHaving lived and rented in London for 15 I ca genuinely say I have never had a worse experience than with KFH. They use cheap cowboys to do any work that is required on the property, miss appointments and turn up unannounced, and that's just off the top of my head. Their actions with us have tipped over into the downright illegal on two occasions. Avoid like your sanity depends on it, because it does.

GoogleDuring these stressful months in London looking for a new flat to rent Chiara's treatment has been outstanding. She has helped us find exactly what we were looking for and she has been there helping us in every step of the letting process. I would recommend this agency to anyone as the treatment is very personal which is difficult to find in London.

GoogleThe staff are very kind and the services put you at ease. I believe they create a calm atmosphere for a process, which is often quite complicated. Special gratitude needs to be given to Marta who has helped me throughout the entire process as she has made sure that the tenant's desires are prioritised and placed in equal status with all the other important aspects in making the tenancy agreement. I would definitely want to work with them again.

GoogleAfter three years using their property management service. I’m experiencing a very poor service. You have to chase for response, they do not respond effectively to emails. No one takes ownership of out of office staff workloads. Big name estate agent, big disappointment for Wimbledon

GoogleAlways dreaded having to deal with estate agents as they tend to be pushy and call you 20 times a day to get you into a property that doesn’t even match what you are looking for. Marta however listened to our needs and always tried to show us options she thought could be suitable, never calling just for the sake of it. We ended up staying put in the end but will definitely contact her in the future.

GoogleWould not recommend renting from this company. Our boiler was turned off on 02/09 due to a failed gas safety check. Now living in an unsafe, non certified, heat free property for £2k a month. Communication from KFH has been appalling, we are still waiting on a call back from a promised call on Friday at 2pm, no response to emails.

GoogleI was really quite impressed by my experience using KFH. Working in property myself, i always find that it is easy to pick faults with most high street agents, However not only was Adrian able to find me a flat for myself to live in (i must admit i am not the most easy of people to find the right property for) he also managed to secure me the length of tenancy that i required and negotiated a more flexible check in date for us also!
