GoogleLinda in the Wimbledon office made the house buying process for a FTB very easy. Always professional, prompt at answering queries and empathetic when drawing close to exchange (letting me view the flat as many times as I wanted). She is an advocate for the branch and her chosen career to the extent that she has completely changed my view on estate agents. Would thoroughly recommend her if you are considering buying a property in the area!

GoogleWe have been renting through them for 2 months and they basically have been doing nothing since we moved in - not fixing issues, not returning calls, not even received a check in/ inventory for the property. Even our landlord is annoyed with them and has had to contact us directly to get issues fixed. Would recommend to stay away.

GoogleThe worst agency ever!!!! DD NOT CONTRACT THEM AS TENANT NEITHER AS LANDLORD!! They only want money for everything and later they do a really poor job!! You will speak with lots of agents and they tell you different things. NEVER AGAIN!

GoogleJames Coles from KFH has arranged my mortgage and both himself and his assistant Sharon have been fantastic. James explained everything clearly, the portal was very easy to use and he made my application very quickly to secure the rate. Himself and Sharon have kept me updated from day one of every step and it has been so much easier than dealing with the lender direct.

GoogleLeft without heating and hot water for weeks over Christmas. No alternative accommodation offered and ignored when we tried to communicate. Checked companies houses very surprised to see the Grinch isn’t on the board and is instead a bunch of other clowns.

GoogleWas almost run off the road by a KFH car driving absolutely recklessly 19th November 12:40. I thought I was being road raged, but then saw the car continuing in the same manner in to other drivers for 10 minutes. Registration GL21YWK. This company needs to take action with staff to ensure the safety of road users.
