GoogleQuiet a Shocking experience with KFH! They are supposed to be a large professional block management company yet they can not answer simple emails!! After months and still chasing them regarding service charges that have already been paid, they cannot locate payments!! Yet they want to charge you late payment fees for there own admin errors. Also repeatedly been sent an incorrect invoice with inaccurate charges. A Brand New development and they cannot fix mistakes they have made. They have very useless staff, poor communication and very frustrated landlords. Just Disgraceful!

A special mention about Dimitri Stukalin who knew the right choice of property we were looking for and gave us honest feedback on the property, the location etc which helped make the right decision. He was really friendly and very knowledgeable person with full of energy and grace. Always made sure that only right properties were send to us and avoided sending random ones. Thank you very much. I would recommend others to approach KFH for all your property needs.

GoogleMark has worked for 30 years in estate agency and is familiar with the Booms and Busts of the Property cycle. This means he is able to back up his facts with statistics to give a very informed view of the local Property market. In addition he gives a candid view of an individual property's worth based on good comparables and is aware of prices per square foot which is what Valuation Surveyor's Use. I have no hesitation in recommending him to sell your property.

GoogleI was looking al moving to London so I contacted a few agencies to help me find a property. They were all quite pushy and tried showing me flats That didn ´t match my requirements or were way above my budget. Marta from KFH however was very helpful and informative throughout and onky contacted me when she had options she believed could be perfect for me. Due to personal circunstances however I had to postpone my move but will definitely contact her when things settle.

GoogleHaving lived in London several years, we have been in contact with many, many agents. I called KFH Wimbledon to enquiry about a property listed and Sam Jenkins arranged our viewing. He’s since arranged several more viewings of additional properties and has been an asset to our search. He asks for specific feedback on each property we see and refines his search. He is not high pressure and is very patient in finding just the right property. Though our search isn’t finished yet, I’m sure with Sam’s diligence we will find The One.

I would like to express my gratitude to Marta who provided me with a great support along the whole process. Initially, she provided me with enough number of options to choose with comprehensive data about each property and informative presentation of them. She always promptly and thoroughly responded to all my questions and was ready to help in even a non-standard case.

GoogleI had spent some time - before deciding to sell with KFH - trying to sell my property with another estate agent in Wimbledon. They were much cheaper but - in the end - full of hot air and completely useless. By complete contrast; Lucy and Linda, from the get go, were excellent. I gave them the property, there were viewings immediately and an offer within a week. The process, as ever, wasn't completely straight forward but they were always available to talk on the phone, very receptive on email and completely on top of things at all times. When we come back to the area we'll be straight back to KFH. Highly recommend

GoogleExcellent, efficient and friendly service from Sam from the moment I walked into the Wimbledon branch. He took notes on the very specific and numerous criteria for our property search and found a number of suitable properties for us to view, as well as putting the search through to other offices in our search area. Very impressed at his attentiveness to feedback, as each new property he showed us was closer to our ideal. Always punctual at viewings with property information to hand and obviously made an effort to help find the right place for us. Many thanks!

GoogleOne star is even too much. This agency is the worst I ever had to deal with. They had 2 months time to get the house ready before our move and didn’t manage. We had to delay our move by a week and ended up moving into a house without any paintwork and repairs done! For every single request we have to follow up multiple times or it is dropped. Now we are 2 mo the in the house and still work is pending. And can you imagine in all this time the “property manager” didn’t even visit once to sort things out? Avoid dealing with this agency at all cost!

GoogleWe bought a flat that was marketed through KFH and was very pleased with their service throughout. During the search process Linda Duffy, whom we mainly dealt with, took the time and trouble to work through options and understand what our needs were. Her colleagues in the branch, Sophie, Karlisha, Debbie, were also incredibly helpful with accommodating additional viewings and telephone messages being passed on promptly. Negotiations on the purchase of our flat took longer than usual with the sellers but Linda and her manager, Jimmy, patiently dealt with both parties and successfully brought us to agreement. Communication was prompt and kept up well throughout the process. When solicitors acting for our related purchaser at the bottom of the chain were slow putting the chain at risk Linda did not hesitate to work with our own selling agents to help put pressure on those solicitors and see the transaction successfully to completion by the agreed deadline. We absolutely would not hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleMy wife and I were looking to buy our first property this year and KFH and specifically Linda D. did an amazing job from start to finish. First it's worth noting that KFH had some of the best properties on the market, advertised at reasonable prices when comparing with other estate agents in the same area. As a buyer - particularly as a first time buyer who has never had to put down this much money before - this was a crucial factor. Additionally, if it wasn't for Linda we might have went with another agency altogether, but the communications with Linda felt very honest, easy going and straight forward down to the point, which played a huge role in viewing more properties with KFH and eventually finding our home. No purchase goes without any complications and Linda did an amazing job in seeing everything through and keeping us up to date, as well as communicating efficiently between us and the vendor. If I'm completely honest nobody hugely enjoyes dealing with an estate agency, because we all know how it can be a bit of a cut throat business, but in defense of Linda and KFH it was an actual pleasure to work with them and my wife and I are very delighted about the property we bought in the end.

Absolutely recommend the Wimbledon office, with a special call out to Sophie Hardy and Jimmy Carr, who were attentive, personable, active in organising viewings, great timely feedback and an exceptional track record of viewings to offers. Our property was listed for sale in this very uncertain time of Brexit and so was marketed for several months but they kept the same energy and commitment to the sale as from the first week advertised. I was at home on a couple of viewings and so overheard the viewing and commend the nature at which they walked the viewers through the house and helped envisage possibilities of turning into the viewers home. Thank you so much for all your hard work!
