GoogleVenessa went over and above the call of duty. Without her help we would probably not have exchanged contracts by now.

GoogleMy friend Fred worked really hard for me. He coordinated and worked hard to make sure the deal went well between landlord and tenant. I will recommend him to my colleagues in the future.

GoogleWe couldn't have wished for a better service from an estate agent. The whole team - Hannah Chown, Alex Singh and John Hollywood - have been great throughout the process: efficient, meticulous and full of integrity. What's more, they've been really pleasant and enjoyable to work with, which counts for a lot.

GoogleThe entire experience was fantastic. Linda found for me 5-6 properties that were in range of my original budget and never tried to go above it. All very good and was hard to make a decision. From the point of making an offer to completing, only took 4 months! She gave me advice, regular updates, and applied necessary pressure to the seller to ensure everything went as planned. Highly recommended!

GoogleQuite possibly the worst agency out there!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolute shambles of a company where no-one knows their head from their arse. No-one communicates with each other, telling the landlord one thing and tenants another, not responsive to emails, takes forever for them to arrange contractors to help with issues. Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole again.

GoogleJust the absolute worst. Refused to honour the terms of my contract and charged excessive fees. Don't trust them. They responded to below to say they couldn't identify the experiences, but that's fine, I have the emails!

GoogleAfter a painful 2 month long search i found an agent who i will be sure to use again. Responsive, knowledgeable, professional and cheerful. Marta showed us places that matched just about everything on our wishlist while being honest and forthright about the properties and the lettings market at large. Our experience with KFH, unlike so many of their competitors, was a pleasure! Cant talk highly enough of Marta.
