Whether it was the huge amount of interest they managed to develop for our property or the excellent post offer management right up until completion. GoogleThese people are incredibly charming when you meet them. Unfortunately they turned out neither transparent nor trustworthy. If you decide to work with them I'd recommend buyer and seller to communicate directly. They knowingly did not share all information creating a terrible transaction for both sides. We discovered this when we contacted the other party directly. Once we communicated directly it was smooth sailing and pleasant for both sides. Perhaps the worst people I ever worked with.
