GoogleWe bought a house via KFH Earlsfield (Tom Roper) recently and they/him were exceptional. Responsive, tenacious and pleasant to deal with - all great traits in the Estate Agency world. Very impressive and would not hesitate to recommend them. They actually also came on (different office) to sell our flat when our buyers pulled out mid transaction and had found new credible buyers within a few days!!

GoogleRyan did an outstanding job on helping me secure my property in Earlsfield recently. In what was a lengthy and difficult process, he acted with upmost profession though-out, dealing with issues efficiently and at speed. He was extremely responsive and made an effort to actively stay in touch and provide updates in a very timely manner. Throughout the process he was very supportive and on hand whenever I needed. Even through the many challenges, he remained positive and transparent! His drive to get this over the line for me was admirable!

GoogleOn my second experience with KFH I had the chance to confirm the positive feedback grant in the past. Shyanne helped me to find the right flat to move in; since the first call she has understood what I was looking for. In fact she shown me a place not advertised yet, but still matching with my ideal criteria. She helped me to negotiate with the Landlord and find the right compromises to make it happen. KFH values your time, add no pressure and are very professional, which in time of flat search it's like cheese on your pasta! GoogleDue to complex circumstances I had what felt like an interminable search for a rental property (8 weeks, nearly 30 viewings) and the KFH lettings team - specifically Howard and Poppy in Earlsfield, but also the Southfields office - were extremely helpful and proactive. I saw more properties through them than anyone else, they were realistic, understood what i was looking for so didn't waste my time showing me properties that didn't fit my criteria, and were in touch often. GoogleI was extremely happy with the professional service given by Ryan Rrapo who dealt with the sale of my property. He consistently kept me informed about the progress of the sale and was always willing to answer any questions that I had. Whilst I was away from my property, Ryan collected all the necessary paperwork required by my solicitor, photocopied it and forwarded it for me. This saved me much time and stress. GoogleWe’ve just sold our flat with KFH’s Earlsfield branch. Rebecca and Tom are always good to work with - quick to respond and clearly knowledgable about the area and its properties. On this occasion it was Jim who ended up selling our flat and he was great throughout the whole process - plenty of warning for viewings, timely and relevant feedback and very helpful in the final negotiation process. We found him to be reliable, professional, but also easy to chat to. He was also very empathetic to how stressful selling a property is when you have young children and only brought serious buyers to view the property. Top job Jim, and thank you!

GoogleI had been tempted to use one of the new less hands on agents but was impressed by the local knowledge of the branch manager at time of valuation - as well as what seemed her genuine desire to market my property in the best way possible. Glad I made the decision to go with KFH. I found the sales staff easy to deal with, viewings well organised and with pertinent prospective purchasers (rather than just sheer numbers). Tom, Roper saw the transaction through and he was excellent. Understandable why there are somany KFH boards up in Earlsfield.

GoogleHoward 5* was our agent and he was understanding and very professional. He was able to find something relatively quickly and also kept us up to date with what was happening without us always having to chase. Nothing to do with Howard but KFH have some quality control issues as their handover person who checks the condition of the property is on another planet... when we moved in it was clearly not cleaned to an even decent standard (jam stains on wall and plenty on the floor were marked as paint stains 🙄) that is just an example. Once they communicate properly and ensure habital standards then it would be a 5 star otherwise 3/5

GoogleI've just exchanged on the sale of my house and KFH were the estate agents. They were utterly professional from start to finish. They advised me well on the sale of the property, they were excellent in organising viewings and consideration for timings considering I have a young family and they represented real value for money. When there were points of contention with the buyers, they helped get those resolved. The agent who helped me was Ryan Rrapo and I couldn't recommend him more highly. A real professional and a true gentleman!

Tom Roper provided excellent service throughout including guiding us and our buyers through the steps to exchange. He was instrumental in driving the process with solicitors and communicating efficiently up and down what was a fairly complex and at times demanding chain. He is knowledgeable, reassuring and a pleasure to deal with.
