GoogleCouldn't be more happy with the help and guidance I received from this branch. The gentleman I negotiated with during the process of me renting a property, Simon Jermak, was more than helpful, patient and kind. Very happy with the service I received and would reccomend this branch to anyone who asked me for suggestions on an estate agent. Thank you KFH :-)

GoogleHoward 5* was our agent and he was understanding and very professional. He was able to find something relatively quickly and also kept us up to date with what was happening without us always having to chase. Nothing to do with Howard but KFH have some quality control issues as their handover person who checks the condition of the property is on another planet... when we moved in it was clearly not cleaned to an even decent standard (jam stains on wall and plenty on the floor were marked as paint stains 🙄) that is just an example. Once they communicate properly and ensure habital standards then it would be a 5 star otherwise 3/5

GoogleI've just exchanged on the sale of my house and KFH were the estate agents. They were utterly professional from start to finish. They advised me well on the sale of the property, they were excellent in organising viewings and consideration for timings considering I have a young family and they represented real value for money. When there were points of contention with the buyers, they helped get those resolved. The agent who helped me was Ryan Rrapo and I couldn't recommend him more highly. A real professional and a true gentleman!

A robust and realistic valuation which led to multiple offers over asking/ sealed bids. Tom Roper led us superbly through the sale process, providing an invaluable conduit to our legal completion. A brilliant combined KFH team effort - Bravo.

GoogleKFH were efficient in their viewing arrangements and achieved an offer for us that was above our expectations within a week. Tom Roper provided excellent service throughout including guiding us and our buyers through the steps to exchange. He was instrumental in driving the process with solicitors and communicating efficiently up and down what was a fairly complex and at times demanding chain. He is knowledgeable, reassuring and a pleasure to deal with.

GoogleThese people are incredibly charming when you meet them. Unfortunately they turned out neither transparent nor trustworthy. If you decide to work with them I'd recommend buyer and seller to communicate directly. They knowingly did not share all information creating a terrible transaction for both sides. We discovered this when we contacted the other party directly. Once we communicated directly it was smooth sailing and pleasant for both sides. Perhaps the worst people I ever worked with.
