GoogleWe recently sold our flat through KFH and they were great throughout, the viewings were dealt with very professionally and when the sales process ended up taking much longer than we anticipated (due to some missing paperwork) everyone at KFH went above and beyond their responsibilities to ensure the transaction was able to complete. I’d definitely recommend using KFH to anyone in the area looking to sell their property.

She was super professional and proactive throughout the process - far above the service I've received from most estate agents during my search. She was prompt to arrive, polite and helpful the whole time - in person, as well as via phone and email. GoogleShyanne at KFH has been incredibly helpful, she really has gone above and beyond to help with with every single step of the way. Finding a property to rent was becoming really stressful and after booking viewing after viewing with no joy we went into the KFH Earlsfield office. Although she was busy, Shyanne took the time to sit with us and get a perfect option for what we required and showed us this very promptly and took us through every step in terms of what was required from us. We are both in agreement that with every step we have been answered with a friendly helpful voice on the phone and had any information needed across to us very promptly and detailed. We cannot fault the service provided and would recommend anyone looking to find a place to rent to speak to KFH and use their services. Thank you again for your help

Always very professional and responsive to our concerns, Jack has relentlessly and persistently made attempts to contact the owner on our behalf when work was required to the property and made sure he kept us informed regarding any developments. Once repairs have been agreed, Jack ensures that trusted companies are appointed to carry out the works. GoogleWhen we asked Tom to provide us with an indication of value on our flat, we were undecided if we definitely wanted to sell. Tom could not have been more understanding of our situation, professional and provided us with the advice and guidance we needed. Having advertised their flat to their internal database we were astonished to receive an acceptable offer within a week. Natalia handled the negotiations on the sale of our flat with professionalism and made what can be a stressful process much more straightforward. One of the main things for ourselves was just being able to pick up the phone whenever to either Tom or Natalia for an update, advice and guidance. Having put the flat under offer, we were under pressure to secure a new home. Tom consistently sent us excellent opportunities and knew the house that would be for us just from understanding exactly what we were looking for. We were not flooded with available opportunities which Tom knew wouldn't be of interest which can get frustrating when other agencies send you everything and anything regardless. Having successfully found us a new home and upon an offer being accepted, Tom handled the whole purchase with the upmost care and attention which we could not fault. As and when we come to sell, it is a very easy decision for us as to who we will be using. We could not recommend KFH Earlsfield more to anyone considering a sale of their current home. GoogleKFH, and in particular the lovely, Tom have been outstanding. They managed both our sale and purchase and despite some tricky circumstances due to the lease not being registered when we bought six years ago, they showed the highest level of professionalism and were extremely patient while offering continuous support throughout. They also found a buyer for us within a matter of weeks. As a result, i’d not hesitate to recommend them and should we ever find the energy to move again in the future they’d certainly be my first port of call. Thanks for all your help KFH.

GoogleWe have enjoyed an excellent standard of service form Reece @ KFH whilst purchasing a flat in Earlsfield this spring. We do not live in the area so her local knowledge and help was invaluable as was her kind offer to drive us around the properties that we were viewing. Her assistance does not end when the offer is accepted but continues throughout the purchase process which is really helpful and comforting to know that she is keeping a watching brief on progress from all sides.

GoogleAt the end of 2022 my wife and I entered into the purchase of a new home in Earlsfield which was being sold through KFH. Throughout the whole process, up until exchange, our agent Natalia from KFH communicated very well all the necessary steps and also accommodated our requests for additional viewings when required. We found the customer service from Natalia and KFH very good and would recommend.
