GoogleI have had the best experience with KFH. I found out I was successful in gaining a new role; which required me to relocate at short notice. I had so many awkward specifications, a dog, outside space, fussy about a high quality finish... the list was endless. But Shyanne particularly, as well as her colleagues were always so helpful and understanding, and really went above and beyond to find the right place for me. Always so considerate and professional, and far more pleasant to deal with than some of their competitors. Great job! And thanks again!

GoogleWe are currently in the process of trying to buy our first property. We have found the process can be stressful but KFH have been so helpful. They have stayed in contact with us, informed us of properties new to the market and made sure that they only show and send us properties that fit our criteria. We have attend open houses on Saturday and they are by far the most professional estate agents we have viewed with. Laura and Martin are always very knowledgable and have everything organised and ready, including brochures on each property. Thank you for making what can be a stressful viewing process, easy!

GoogleKFH helped me to find a flat around Southfields / Earlsfield. I have to say the experience with KFH was fantastic. They are very knowledgeable about the area and have a great list of properties. I have used KFH several times and they always work harder than anyone else to try to find your perfect home. On this occasion we were shown properties by Adrienne and she was the most kindest lovely person we have met! Tip : Keep in regular contact with KFH about your search and they will return their gratitude by letting you know as soon as the perfect opportunity comes up.

GoogleIncredibly incompetent and immoral They lied to us about what was included in the house. They lied to use about terms in the contract It took them over a month to give us our parking space that we were paying for They're are incredibly rude and hung up on me a few times when trying to resolve issues It took them an unreasonable amount of time to return our deposit They are entirely unhelpful They refuse to give references unless you paid them £42 At the end of the tenancy they book loads of appointments to show prospective new tenants around but often cancel and do not tell you They are not very nice people to deal with
