GoogleWe bought our property through KFH in 2018 and now sold it through them. Having liaised with other agents in our property search, we've come to realise what a high bar KFH has set. Tom in particular has been exceptional. He has been instrumental in helping sell our property, as well as keeping us informed of properties coming to the market which we may be interested in.

We opted not to market online and just use their extensive database to only bring serious proceedable buyers round, and 75% of viewings resulted in offers at asking price or above. We then managed offer acceptance to exchange in exactly one month. Despite selling during Covid we couldn't be happier with the price and service. GoogleI have rented out my flat with KFH in Earlsfield for many years. The staff with whom I have dealt are exceptional and very professional and personable - notably Hayley and Rosie. The service the Agency has provided is very efficient and my flat has been rented out very quickly through KFH in recent years. They have gone out of their way to give advice and assist throughout the process and I could not recommend them more highly.
