While we haven't bought a property via KFH this time we did see a few properties via KFH and was looked after by Daniel Todd. Estate agents sometimes get bad press but we were super impressed with Daniel, honest, not pushy and understood what we needed. In the past I have been 'hijacked' by estate agents where they show you properties you haven't seen the details of. They are usually out of budget and not what you asked for. Daniel showed us properties that were in budget and that met our requirements. I can't recommend him enough.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

We moved into our first home in June and were hopefully of completing the sale before the stamp duty holiday ended. Thankfully the team at KFH were amazing and made it happen together with our solicitors. Daniel Todd at KFH was so efficient with correspondence throughout the process and gave some excellent advice to get things moving with paperwork etc. He recommended a good solicitor and went the extra mile to ensure issues that arose were solved and both parties were kept informed promptly. I don’t think we would ha e completed in time without him and the team at KFH.

Could not recommend KFH Tooting highly enough. We both bought and sold our flat through Daniel Todd. He was incredibly efficient, patient and personable. Would trust Daniel fully with any purchase or sale. When buying, he quickly recognised our needs and found us the perfect flat. When selling, he made the process very straightforward and found us the perfect buyer, this was particularly impressive as lockdown had only just eased. This has been a really challenging time to move properties and I've had some very negative experiences with estate agents in the past, so have been pleasantly surprised by my experience with KFH and Marta in particular. Communication was great, we never had to wait too long for an update, and always received a prompt response to any questions or concerns. They are also set-up to do all paperwork through online signatures which makes life so much easier (even before their offices closed). Really appreciate all the help we were given.
