GoogleThe female letting manager has no sense of customer care, not understanding her tasks , no introduction, no explanation of the cases, no solution, nothing to offer! Being a low status worker of just a middle man business and being so arrogant for what! Why a company should have such employee? Zoopla provides much more information without customer friction, painlessly. NO SURPRISE WHY SOME ESTATE AGENCIES ARE BROKE, 2/3 OF THEIR OFFICE HAVE LOST THEIR JOB

GoogleWe had the pleasure of working with Olivier Herbu when finding our first flat to share. Olivier Herbu and KFH followed through swiftly with all tasks required for final completion. We had a turn around of two weeks to our new accommodation and the entire process was supported from start to end. Great experience and will look to work with KFH in the future

My partner and I were really impressed by the depth and breadth of properties that they were able to show us in such a short space of time. Most importantly, the quality wasn't dependent on one realtor. We worked with agents in the Streatham office and also in Tooting and both were excellent. Antony May and Claire at the Tooting Broadway branch were super helpful, very friendly, efficient and were able to find us the right home quickly. Thanks guys for all your help. GoogleMy girlfriend and I were looking for our first place together during the middle of the pandemic which could have made a potential move very difficult, but Tiago helped us throughout the process, offering a virtual viewing and then when possible a physical viewing. All paperwork was processed quickly and efficiently from KFH, we've been in the property for nearly 6 months now and its all been great! Can't recommend KFH and Tiago enough

I stopped by the Tooting store and she immediately understood exactly what I was looking for and even went through a couple of options outside of what I had in mind as 'wild cards'. Sally wasn't pushy at all, took me on one viewing to the perfect property and I've been living there for the past month. I couldn't have asked for anything more and would always work with Sally in the future!

GoogleThis has been a long and arduous process starting in late March and now finally ending in September 2016 -six months. The last time we bought a house was 13 years before so we needed the help and advice of KFH along the way. I think it certainly helped that our chain was all KFH in order for the different agents to interact more effectively. It's felt like a marathon - having sold the house we thought that was it but we weren't prepared for our own pre and post Brexit negotiations, builders inspections, council regulations and ultimately delays. Not sure how or why the chain actually held together but it did and we are due to move into our new home next Friday. KFH were highly professional and know the Tooting/Streatham markets inside out. They are tough and keen negotiators, incisive on evaluating pitfalls and navigating meandering and seemingly insurmountable objects of which there were many. I think you could trust KFH to make it happen.
