GoogleI had a real pleasure working with Dean Ashton (Mortgage Consultant) during the purchase of my first apartment in London. I had an experience of working with the different mortgage broker prior to meeting Dean, and experience was very poor, however Dean managed to sort out new and better deal with the lender for me within minutes. He is very professional and clearly very experienced in his field. It was pleasure.

Beyond all else Estate Agency, in my mind, will always be a customer service orientated profession. In this pursuit communication is key and needs to be ongoing. All the team at the branch demonstrated to myself an excellent and proactive understanding in such professional endeavors.

GoogleFinding the right property to live in as sharers is always a difficult and stressful experience, however, I've found the process much more pleasant this time as we had some incredible help from Tiago of KFH Tooting. He was very attentive and always quick at answering and sorting stuff out. It definitely made a difference dealing with a polite, friendly and honest estate agent.

Will definitely be using KFH and requesting Gem in future if/when selling my property.

Always available and contactable (after hours and at weekends) and looked after us as clients and buyers. Would highly recommend their services and expertise / knowledge of the market. We had certain requirements to alter some of the furniture, which they managed brilliantly for us. I will certainly be using them again!
