GoogleDaniel Todd worked extremely hard to get our sale over the line, often compensating for the less rigorous work being done further up and further down the chain by other estate agents. I initially considered Purple Bricks but after completion and a few months later, I honestly think the money, in our particular case, was well spent with Daniel/KFH. He's a grafter and very thorough.

GoogleI don't like them. They just want too much guarantee. They are never helpful. Always telling me that this property is gone even there's still board showing that it's to let. But every time I call them they tell me it's gone.

GoogleWE HAD REFURBISHED ONE OF OUR PROPERTIES IN THE SW17 AREA AND ASHLEY OF KFH & HER TEAM ACHIEVED THE HIGHEST PRICE EVER FOR A 4 BEDROOM FLAT AND THE PRICE ACHIEVED WAS HIGHER THAN MOST OTHER 3 TO 4 BEDROOM HOUSES AT THE TIME. FEB IS SEASONALLY A SLACK AND COLD PERIOD FOR LETTINGS. WELL DONE ASHLEY AND THE TEAM ST KFH.

GoogleWe have used KFH for many years now, both to purchase investment properties and also to let them out. The professional team always manage to find ideal tenants and achieve excellent rental returns. The main problem is often one of having liitle time to redecorate between tenants departing and arriving. I would have no hestitation in recommending KFH Tooting. Peter Brockbank

GoogleHaving used a number of other agencies in the area while buying a house and finding myself chasing up agents, for information and appointments in frustration I can't give KFH and indeed the estate agent Daniel Todd, anything other than the most glowing recommendation!! Efficient, professional and always on the ball. I'd recommend them to anyone buying in the area.
