GoogleThis has been a long and arduous process starting in late March and now finally ending in September 2016 -six months. The last time we bought a house was 13 years before so we needed the help and advice of KFH along the way. I think it certainly helped that our chain was all KFH in order for the different agents to interact more effectively. It's felt like a marathon - having sold the house we thought that was it but we weren't prepared for our own pre and post Brexit negotiations, builders inspections, council regulations and ultimately delays. Not sure how or why the chain actually held together but it did and we are due to move into our new home next Friday. KFH were highly professional and know the Tooting/Streatham markets inside out. They are tough and keen negotiators, incisive on evaluating pitfalls and navigating meandering and seemingly insurmountable objects of which there were many. I think you could trust KFH to make it happen.

GoogleAfter initially putting our property on with another agency in tooting, who were useless, we decided to relist our property with KfH and so glad we did. The communication from start to finish from all the team at the tooting office was thorough, honest and professional. Upon offer, Lloyd Noblett took over all communication and guided ourselves and our buyer through a very complicated sale that took 7 months to complete. He has been incredibly supportive and I can’t recommend him and his team enough.

GoogleWe were looking for months in the Tooting and Streatham area with multiple estate agents. Daniel Todd at KFH was without doubt the most objective and genuine of any that we came across. He showed us upwards of 15 properties all of which were appropriate to our search criteria. In the end we bought through a different KFH office due to the location of a property, however we were delighted that he was able to show us around and manage the sale process. The vendor also commented that they were very happy dealing with him. Patient, knowledgeable and good company, I would recommend.

GoogleEden Douglas has to be probably the best estate agent I've had to work with. We were forced to look for a house under short notice and he arranged a viewing for us the same day within 2 hours of us calling. He has been the most responsive agent to my phone calls and has given great advice to us (all four of us). We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a house and would trust him completely with doing his job. Count this as four five star recommendations!

GoogleThere's a reason most the 'Sold' boards around Tooting Broadway are KFH! Really impressed with the whole team, notably Gem and Antony who handled our sale. They have a good view of the current state of the local market, and I never felt like they were trying to push us in a certain direction, although would guide if asked for help. Communication was always prompt, professional and measured. Highly recommended, thank you.

GoogleThe female letting manager has no sense of customer care, not understanding her tasks , no introduction, no explanation of the cases, no solution, nothing to offer! Being a low status worker of just a middle man business and being so arrogant for what! Why a company should have such employee? Zoopla provides much more information without customer friction, painlessly. NO SURPRISE WHY SOME ESTATE AGENCIES ARE BROKE, 2/3 OF THEIR OFFICE HAVE LOST THEIR JOB
