GoogleWe had a good experience buying through KFH. Dan Todd was attentive and direct communicating with us and managed to get us to complete before stamp duty deadline breaking the chain our seller had in place.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleKFH have been extremely helpful in my apartment hunt in London. Sean Fitzpatrick was particularly helpful and went above and beyond to facilitate cost effective apartments via video conferencing. He was readily available and very professional. I would recommend this company in your apartment search!

GoogleHighly recommend to work with Sean Fitzpatrick from Tooting Broadway brunch! He was very helpful and following my criteria for home. Even though I didn't found the perfect home for me with KFH, me and my partner are impressed by his support. Thank you Sean!

GoogleWe were not looking forward to deal with estate agents when buying our house in Tooting but the whole team at KFH, and especially Martin, have been amazing! Very friendly, efficient and professional, I would highly recommend KFH in Tooting!

GoogleI have just rented out my flat through Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward. The lettings team from Ashley, Olivier and Kayleigh have been so supportive and helpful throughout. They kept in touch whilst a prolonged refurbishment was ongoing and once I was ready the whole letting of the flat was really quick and flawless with lots of feedback. As I live in Ireland I found this extremely helpful and could not recommend them highly enough.

GoogleEden Douglas has been amazing - he's helped us tremendously through the stressful process of moving flat, and has made everything clear and always responded to our queries in a timely and efficient manner. Would definitely use this Estate Agent again if we can!

GoogleThe KFH Tooting branch has been good, but not amazing at supporting us with our move. Some issues we encountered included long wait times to get replies to our emails from a few staff members and problems with documentation that wasn't being issued properly. That being said, sometimes IT issues are the culprit in these instances. One standout for us is Ashley Amartey who has been wonderful with us, very communicative and just really really helpful in general.

GoogleEverything was done very quickly and efficiently. Monika had selected two different flats for us and we loved both. The hardest was to decide which one to choose! But Monika has been of great help and we love the new flat! Thank you!

GoogleTiago was very helpful in our search for a property. We just walked into his office one morning and had confirmed an offer for a lovely flat that afternoon due to his flexibility in showing us around a number of properties straight away.

GoogleFrom viewing to completing, Marta has been an absolute star, always being available even referencing went awry on my end and didn't stop helping till everything was done! The process so very smooth and I can't thank her enough!

GoogleThiago is great! I'm so happy that he helped me out with my flat research, and even if i'm not looking for a place in Tooting he gave me a really good service, unfortunatly i cannot say the same about the fulham department.

GoogleWhile we haven't bought a property via KFH this time we did see a few properties via KFH and was looked after by Daniel Todd. Estate agents sometimes get bad press but we were super impressed with Daniel, honest, not pushy and understood what we needed. In the past I have been 'hijacked' by estate agents where they show you properties you haven't seen the details of. They are usually out of budget and not what you asked for. Daniel showed us properties that were in budget and that met our requirements. I can't recommend him enough.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleLooking for a house was difficult without being in London but Tiago was super helpful setting up multiple viewings in one day. Overall a very good experience with every step of it being very clear.
4/5
GoogleGenerally good service overall, though some confusion when it came to signing documents/deposits etc with lots of emails flying around. However, Tiago was easy to get hold of and super helpful, keeping us informed throughout.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
