GoogleI’ve recently instructed KFH letting team to let our flat in Tooting Bec and couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Ashley, Olivier and their team. Their approach was really professional and I appreciated Ashley and Olivier being available to update me on progress and keep in touch so regularly. They achieved a great result for us and moved quickly to ensure we didn’t have a void period. I would have no concerns recommending KFH Tooting.

GoogleWorked with Sean Fitzpatrick on finding a new property in Wandsworth. Charming bloke, knew what he was doing and gave us some great advice. Anyone looking to move in Wandsworth I recommend signing up to KFH, their guys are on it when it comes to new properties on the market.

GoogleMoving house is stressful, particularly with a new baby! However, thanks to Lloyd Noblett and his team at KFH we have been able to finally purchase our house after nearly a year of back-and-forth. Lloyd is a great guy and it was a pleasure having him fight out corner.

GoogleEden was extremely helpful and efficient. Had a really quick turnaround for a lease on a place. He took care of everything really well and survived a bombardment of E-Mails from us; was happy to answer any questions we had and just generally made our lives easy.

GoogleWe sold our Tooting property with KFH in January and completed in May. Throughout the process, KFH were a pleasure to deal with; professional, responsive and understanding of our situation and need to sell our property quickly. We dealt mainly with Kozsheen who was fantastic - she got back to us with viewer feedback promptly and kept us fully informed throughout the process. In particular, from sale to completion she was great - liaising with different parties in the chain and keeping the lines of communication flowing. It's the second property we've sold with KFH and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

GoogleWe dealt with Marta for our property search. She was very responsive and helpful throughout. Given the current situation we decided to stay put for now but we will definitely be in touch with her to continue our search when this is all over!
