GoogleHuge thanks to Lewis for being so patient with our search. He showed us some great properties and didn't waste our time with ones that wouldn't be suitable based on our requirements. Would highly recommend KFH due to their knowledge of the area and their honest approach.

GoogleWe had a very good experience purchasing our flat at KFH Balham and with Joel as our agent. …

GoogleMy flatmates and I were very impressed with the efficiency and helpfulness of Ben Watts - he was professional, reliable, and helped to make what is usually a stressful process smooth and relatively painless. Thanks Ben!

GoogleParisa was a huge help! Not only when it came to finding the right property to rent for us but especially when it came to the final few touches/ requests for the landlady that really helped make the place feel more like home before moving in.

GoogleI have been working with KFH for a number of years, and they consistently deliver the right tenants. Abs Odukoya is a very good operator whilst delivering a 1st class service and nothing is a problem. The team are very good.

GoogleWe’ve recently completed on a purchase in Balham and the representation we received from Will in the KFH office there has been nothing short of exceptional. Incredibly professional handling of price negotiations and equally excellent work helping our purchase (and onward sale) move along to exchange and completion. Our sale was through KFH as well (albeit another branch, and so for another 5-star review). But in today’s world, surrounded by so much incompetence everywhere, it’s a breath of fresh air to come across proper professionals like Will and the wider team at KFH that, bottom line, get the job done. I cannot recommend these estate agents highly enough.

GoogleAs a very happy new home-owner! I wanted to recommend Alice Deyermond from the Balham KFH office. Alice was super helpful and responsive, guiding us through the whole process and being super flexible for viewings and feedback. Overall, a great experience!

GoogleThanks to Kevin and Heather for assisting with a complex house purchase. They were responsive, professional and guided me through every step of the way with clear communication throughout. I would highly recommend their services

GoogleWould recommend! Isabella Yates especially has been an absolute star. She was totally instrumental in stopping our flat sale falling through and successfully navigated being the middle man between buyer, seller and x2 solicitors, whilst also saving my sanity. If you use KFH Balham definitely try and get Isabella if you can!

GoogleI would highly recommend KFH Balham and especially Salomon Ducos who sold my property within a week of it being marketed. Easily the best estate agents I've dealt with and Salomon was always friendly, helpful and quick to respond.

GoogleWe had an excellent experience with Alice Deyermond as our negotiator who was polite, responsive and efficient. She had sold several properties in the exact area of our flat and was able to use this experience to obtain a sale price we were very happy with. I would also call out KFH's excellent panel solicitor service - solicitors referred by estate agents are not always the best but I'm pleased to say that KFH's recommended solicitor was excellent and superb value.PositiveQuality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe are renting with KFH in Balham for the first time and so far one month in it’s been a disappointing experience unfortunately. The house we have moved into has significant electrical faults (our fuse trips regularly cutting off all sockets) and other issues such as a broken toilet etc etc. The estate agent seems to have lost interest in helping us once the contract was signed and they got their commission. My partner has been renting in London for over 5 years and had a fantastic experience with another agency - they were very helpful. Ironically I have been hounded by them for a review so I wanted to leave honest one. Worth adding that I’m a landlord and go above and beyond for my tenants directly- without an agency.

GoogleI had a great experience selling my 3 bed flat in Balham with KFH - they got an incredible number of viewings through quickly, and the sale was ultimately handled by Josh, who did a brilliant job. He was always available, helpful and did all he could to ensure the process was as smooth as possible. I've already recommended him to a friend that's selling a flat nearby!

GoogleWe have recently purchased a property and we started our journey with KFH mortgage services. Kevin guided us through the process, keeping us updated regularly along with his assistant Heather. They both have been great!! Kevin even took the time after we completed to call us to check in to see how we were getting on with everything. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough! Thank you for all your help guys! Kayley & Mitchal

GoogleBen Watts at KFH has been brilliant with us in our house move, he is a real credit to the company and the branch. He is very friendly and easy to interact with, and always happy to field questions and answer in as much detail as possible. He was brilliant with us on helping with our offer letter and supporting us in our search. We really appreciate his help and support throughout the process.

Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
