Google5 stars for Alice D at KFH Balham. Provided excellent service during the sale process of my flat and kept constant communications throughout. Despite our first buyer pulling out, she arranged further viewings straight away - securing a new buyer very quickly. Have used KFH twice now and would recommend to any prospective seller or buyer!

GoogleThe team at KFH at Balham, headed up by Leigh, recently helped us sell our property quickly and for the asking price. Josh and Alice on the sales team were very keen and kept up great momentum on viewings - always giving us plenty of notice ahead of time and great, detailed feedback afterwards. They found us some great buyers in under a month and the whole process was swift and straightforward forward - they helped keep the whole thing on track. They also offered us advice and guidance when we needed. When Leigh initially visited the property we thought he was honest and realistic about what we could achieve for our property- something that we really appreciated as this made all the difference to us with the timeline of our onward purchase of our next home. Thank you very much for your help Josh, Alice & Leigh.

GoogleAmaan at KFH Balham Lettings, helped me quickly find a short term let property in my budget, which is a miracle in this market!! KFH were very quick and professional from start to finish. I registered a query through their site and was promptly called back to get registered and on the system. Amaan, was particularly excellent, clearly and efficiently communicating. He actually called back if I couldn’t reach him immediately by phone, and he worked really hard to get me a place. I would highly recommend you drop in to see him if you are looking to rent or let in their catchment area. Logistics wise, online portal is easy to navigate for documentation signing, uploading etc. KFH still put their customers first in this crazy property market, can’t recommend them or Amaan enough.

GoogleKinleigh Folkard & Haywards Balham have truly been amazing from the beginning right through to the end of our working relationship. Beginning with the valuation for probate in 2019 and ending with the actual sale of the property this summer. I can highly praise all the team for their hard work and dedication to their individual jobs within the company but I had the pleasure of being looked after by Leigh Munday and Josh Collins, both of which are extremely professional. Communication and feedback was fantastic. Their advice and knowledge has been 100% accurate throughout and due to their expertise, the house was sold in less than a week with very good results. If you need your property sold, look no further and give them a call, you will not be disappointed.
