GoogleFirst time experience with KFH and it was an excellent one. Both Sales and Lettings Teams delivered first-class, ultra-efficient service. Special mention to Josh Collins (Sales) and Will Brindley the Lettings Branch Manager and Abs Odukoya his deputy. Brilliant Pros but also very pleasant people. Highly recommended!

GoogleBen was our negotiator and he was amazing! We viewed a flat and had an offer accepted within 24 hours. He supported us throughout the entire referencing process and answered any questions we had. He is a credit to KFH!

GoogleIsabella has been very useful in the process so far. Diligent and fast responding via email and phone.

GoogleJosh and Will were incredibly helpful with the sale of our property from providing advice on the listing right the way through to completion. They were very knowledgable and helped us every step of the way. I highly recommend KFH.

GoogleWill from KFH Balham was helpful, responsive and pragmatic - he helped both parties (he represented the vendors) to get our transaction over the line - including with enquiries, landing harder messages more palatably and in communicating both ways effectively. Thanks very much Will and KFH!PositiveResponsiveness

GoogleWe recently rented a property in Balham through Amaan at KFH and it was a really pleasant experience! Amaan was really nice and always available to ask questions. The whole team were also helpful and prompt with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend

GoogleGreat team - worked with Zack Butterson and he was a great help throughout the transaction and did all he could to make sure things took place as quickly as they could.

GoogleKFH succeeded where a previous agency had failed and sold our flat. The KFH team worked across different branches to find a buyer that was a perfect fit for the property. They worked together to deal with a difficult chain situation (not of their making) and seamlessly covered one another if anyone was out of the office. On the whole, they made a stressful situation that little bit less stressful. My only regret was not going to KFH from the start. The outcome - happy buyer and seller! Recommended.

GoogleHi we are dealing with Alice at the Balham Branch. Alice was very helpful in our search for our first home and made good suggestions which fit our requirements on top of our requests. She is also very kindly able to drop us at key locations to get to other viewings which was a nice added bonus!

GoogleA massive thank you to Salomon who helped me with my first time purchase and patiently guided me through the steps and kept me up to date through the whole process. Super friendly and highly professional, couldn't recommend enough! Also thanks to Hannah who was really helpful at accommodating my many viewings!

GoogleIsabelle was incredibly knowledgeable about both the area and the specifics of the properties which we saw. She was very personable while also professional. Top tier.

GoogleBig thanks to Leigh, Ed & the team at KFH for helping us sell our flat in Balham so well. The fees seem like a pain to pay when they're quoted, but I have to say I think they've earned it through this process. Also thanks to Lewis who was always very friendly when I phoned up!

GoogleAlice has been a massive help in my search to find a new flat. She was always lovely and welcoming on viewings and was always really helpful suggesting and arranging viewings on additional flats that matched my requirements but hadn't seen online. Would definitely reach out again for future help buying or selling! Thanks!

GoogleDuring my recent property search, Alice has shown me around at least 10 properties in and around the Balham area. She has been so helpful and professional along the way, and her efforts in finding me my next home have been hugely appreciated. Thank you Alice and all the team at KFH Balham.

GoogleOn quotation Leigh M came round ASAP from the KFH office in Balham with tonnes of great material demonstrating knowledge of the local area and it even turned out he had sold our flat before. His valuation of the property was basically identical to mine. He also came in with a no-nonsense fee quote that beat the 2 competing agencies first time round. He had 8 viewings lined up as soon as photos were taken and by 3 days after the RightMove listing went live we had had 3 offers, one of which was asking price and we accepted. It was a great experience - just how you "hope" it will be (but "fear" it won't match your hopes!). Comms thorughout the process with his team (Josh particularly) was excellent - quick, pushing all parties (we were in a chain) to do their stuff and no waffling. Great stuff all round. I hope i fdont have to move again, but if i do i'll be using the same agency.

GoogleI just bought my first home through KFH and Alice was super helpful and communicative throughout the whole conveyancing process. Thank you!

GoogleThese guys are useless . Ben Watts found us the apartment. Was pushy and kept making up deadlines, asking for 5 star reviews and then disappeared immediately after the sale. We've now moved in and our new contact, Sky Mansfield, is not helpful. The place was dirty, loads of random things left from the old tenant. She admitted some items were from previous tenants and said we could remove them yet refuses to tell us what belongs to the landlord and what is the previous tenants, so we don't know what to remove. Also our fridge has been broken for over a month and they have not fixed it.

GoogleReally poor service when buying my flat. None of the estate agents seemed to know anything about the flats, making things up on the fly instead of actually finding information for me. When in the process of buying the flat I liked, my solicitor and I continually got hassled for updates by our estate agent whose name began with J when we had completed all of our paperwork and it was in fact the sellers who needed to sort themselves out. It was just lazy chasing up, no intent to actually find out what was going on, just calling for the sake of it. KFH did the absolute bare minimum at every turn and I would thoroughly recommend anyone to steer well clear of them.

GoogleKFH are great! Amaan Hafeez is a real pro, who not only matched us with a perfect home, but also gave us tips and streamlined the process so everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!

GoogleKFH organise the lettings of a couple of flats for me. I have always found their service to be professional and they work in my best interests. Will and his team are on hand to answer questions and to make the process as easy and stress free as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleWe bought our first home and it was the best/ smoothest experience we could have hoped for. That was largely due to Wills excellent communication - he was very helpful throughout the process and was always very efficient at responding. Thanks very much! Highly recommend.

GoogleWas incredibly stressful to find a place in the balham area but my angst was put to rest by an incredibly helpful team; especially Ben Watts - who sourced my current 2 bed flat. Thanks Ben!
