GooglePleasantly surprised at my wonderful experience with KFH Balham. Never had an estate agent that was so reassuring, prompt with communication and helpful. I was looked after by Amaan who couldn't have been more helpful! It was actually someone I knew who lets her apartment with this agency who told me she had only had good experiences with them and had mentioned Amaan as really excellent. I was delighted when I them first received correspondence from him, realising it was her trusted agent!! Excellent experience of what is always a difficult and stressful process of moving place - and this was aided greatly by Amaan!

GoogleI recently used the lettings services provided by KFH and was in contact with Alex Bogarts and his team. High levels of professionalism and very friendly to deal with. The flat was advertised and let out within the space of a weekend which exceeded any expectation I had. Cannot recommend them enough!

GoogleTerrible after rental service. Took over a month to return the deposit with excessive charges for what was a simple repair. No deductions were proposed until 4 weeks after tenancy ended despite constantly chasing. Unacceptable service regarding deposit return. No deadline is put on landlords to propose deductions meaning everyone involved can drag their feet and force you into accepting unreasonable charges. No responsibility or ownership taken by management.

GoogleKFH did an excellent job at marketing the property, and crucially, getting a large number of viewings. Ed, Lewis and Leigh were always responsive and helpful throughout the process. It was useful to have their advice during negotiations, and as a lever on both solicitors to keep them moving. I'm happy to recommend them.

GoogleThe financial aspect of the service was poor. Before I had any aspect of my purchase confirmed the broker was more preoccupied with selling me a host of insurance policies for which I'm sure she was trying to secure her commission. Needless to say the sale collapsed leaving me with 2 insurance policies I did not require and then miraculously the broker declared she was moving to another branch.
